Tucked away in a bustling area, this hotel truly shines with its quality facilities and thoughtful details. A special thank you to our butler, Belle, whose service was professional and attentive, striking the perfect balance. From guiding us through check-in and offering itinerary suggestions to promptly fulfilling our daily needs, she was incredibly thorough yet genuinely warm, making our entire stay comfortable and worry-free. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Bell Tower and the ancient city, making getting around very convenient. Our room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the food was exquisite and authentic. Overall, it combines high-end sophistication with a warm, human touch, making it my top choice for a stay in Quanzhou. A big shoutout again to Belle, our butler, for her constant meticulous care, like helping us book the clam restaurant – she was truly wonderful!

This hotel is amazing! The location is central and super convenient. I love the decor, and the bunk beds were a unique touch that my kids absolutely loved. We also stayed at Jiaoshi Qixu by the sea, and that experience was fantastic too!

Had a fantastic stay! Two days before check-in, our butler Cici added me on WeChat to go over important details. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly attentive to our needs, and all the hotel staff were wonderfully warm and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of authentic Southern Fujian specialties, all cooked fresh to order. It was definitely a step up from your average buffet. When we were waiting for our car on the ground floor to leave, a lovely lady from the concierge team stayed with us the whole time, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is also superb, right at the entrance of West Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

Facilities: The windows couldn't be opened without calling for assistance, and sleeping with the windows open at night was impossible (due to a faulty electric blind that wouldn't close, a design flaw). There was a persistent bad odor in the room that couldn't be resolved, which was quite frustrating. The air conditioning was too cold, but without it, the room was stuffy and hot, leading to a terrible night's sleep. I didn't see a swimming pool. Cleanliness: Overall, it was quite good, and the hotel felt new. However, the automatic toilet was incredibly loud and annoying. Environment: The location is very convenient, right by the Bell Tower and at the entrance to West Street. It's a hotel converted from the original department store, with boutiques on the lower floors and the lobby on the top floor. You need a key card to enter. Parking is available in the shopping mall across the street, as the hotel doesn't have its own. If informed in advance, you can get free parking by providing your license plate number. Around 7 AM, the Bell Tower chimes on the hour, which is quite noisy and disturbing to sleep. Service: The staff were very warm and genuine, and thoughtful. However, there aren't many amenities; it's just a place to stay, with nothing much to do within the hotel. Breakfast is à la carte, with small portions, suitable for a casual meal. Remarks: The view of the Twin Towers from the hotel is not clear; one tower is 2/3 obscured by the other, making it impossible to get a clear and distinct photo of them.
