C&D Hotel Donghai Quanzhou

Visan was incredibly thoughtful; before we even arrived, she carefully asked about our needs and provided a playpen for our child. The room arrangement was lovely, and the facilities were great. In the evenings, they even provided foot baths and herbal packets. The dining was excellent too – a wide variety for breakfast, and the Western restaurant's à la carte prices were very reasonable. All the staff were so nice. I'll definitely choose Donghai Yuewa Hotel again when I go back to Quanzhou!

When traveling with seniors and children, the last thing you want is hassle. This hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of amenities nearby. Shopping and dining are easily accessible, and you can reach various places by car in about ten minutes. We didn't have to worry about daily errands, making it the perfect choice for a family trip. The hotel's service was even more impressive. From check-in, the staff were warm and patient, proactively helping with luggage and recommending local attractions. Their attitude was kind and polite, with no hint of perfunctoriness. Visan, who assisted with our check-in, added us on WeChat and was incredibly responsive to all our needs during our stay, arranging everything promptly and thoughtfully, always putting guests first. Both the seniors and children felt very well taken care of, and my parents were extremely satisfied and happy with the trip. We truly felt at home and welcomed. Such attentive service is genuinely rare for hotels in the same price range. What surprised us most was the hotel's dining. We chose to dine at the hotel on our first day, and the main courses were consistently good, authentic in flavor, fresh, and generously portioned. Our family ate with satisfaction and peace of mind. The dishes catered to all ages, neither too greasy nor too bland, and both local specialties and home-style cooking were prepared with great care. Breakfast was an absolute highlight. The variety was rich and diverse, including Chinese pastries, Western bread, freshly cooked noodle soups, fresh fruit, and many Quanzhou local snacks. Both hot and cold beverages were abundant, and there was even a wide selection of freshly squeezed juices. The ingredients were fresh and clean, and the taste was consistently excellent. Every morning, we enjoyed a rich and healthy meal. Our child ate happily, and the seniors found plenty to their liking. Not having to worry about breakfast put us in a great mood for the entire day. As for value for money, it was outstanding. For such a location, service, and dining quality, the price was surprisingly affordable. We compared several hotels before settling on this one, and it proved to be an excellent choice. Paying a moderate price for such a high-quality stay is truly a great deal for family travel. Overall, from service attitude, location, dining quality, to value for money, everything was impeccable. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment comfortable and quiet, perfectly meeting our family's needs for rest and relaxation. There were absolutely no complaints about this stay, only immense satisfaction. The next time we visit this area, this hotel will definitely be our first choice, and I sincerely recommend it to friends planning family trips – you won't be disappointed.

An excellent hotel! We bought a package deal that included a lot of extras. We received a welcome fruit platter on our first night. The bedding was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower had great water pressure. We also got a complimentary mini-bar on our first night. Definitely worth coming back to! This was a surprisingly excellent experience; the service throughout was comparable to that of top-tier international hotels. The room was clean and tidy, with a nice view outside the window. Both the breakfast and supper provided were delicious. Visan provided attentive service from pre-check-in all the way to check-out, which was very thoughtful.
