The location is very convenient, but you might have to wait a bit for the elevator, which can be a minor hassle. The air conditioning is powerful, and all the facilities are new. The only mirror is in the bathroom, which isn't ideal for women. There's a window, but the soundproofing isn't perfect. Otherwise, everything else is quite good.
