The hotel matched the online pictures perfectly. While the exterior might not look like much, the room's interior was excellent and very clean. The staff cleaned daily and replenished items promptly. Everyone was warm and attentive, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location was superb, very close to attractions. You could walk, or easily flag down one of the 'Xiaobai' electric cars on the street – they were always available and cost only 2 yuan per person. Super convenient!

The hotel's location right next to West Street is incredibly convenient. The environment and hygiene are excellent, and the front desk service is top-notch. They even prepared small gifts for check-in and check-out, which was a really thoughtful touch!

Two separate rooms, one with a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for family travel. It's also very close to West Street, within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Highly recommend this place!

When I booked, I was worried that a standard room would be too cramped for four people, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. There were two large 1.5-meter beds, and the room was more spacious than average, so everyone was very comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and patiently answered all my questions about travel tips, which made me feel very welcome. The location is super convenient; you can just stroll to West Street, and there are 'Xiaobai' (small electric) cars right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to get around the ancient city. Great value for money!

The window was opened for ventilation before I checked in. The room was clean and on a good floor, not far from West Street and Kaiyuan Temple. The only minor drawback was that the room faced the street and could be a bit noisy. Everything else was perfect, and they even gave me a fridge magnet as a souvenir when I checked out.

Facilities: The tatami mats are great for kids, and the two 1.5-meter double beds easily accommodated our whole family. The huge projector was a real plus! Cleanliness: They cleaned daily, even during the Chinese New Year, and the bedding felt brand new. Environment: It's a quiet spot despite being in the bustling East Street, close to the Bell Tower. Walking to West Street was no problem, and we avoided the holiday road closures there. Service: They have their own parking just tens of meters away, and the front desk service was exceptional. They even gave us lovely souvenirs from the ancient city (a fridge magnet) and a small gift bag. A perfect holiday!
