My stay at the Vienna Hotel was a much-needed respite after a long journey. As soon as I entered the lobby, the elegant European decor immediately caught my eye, and the environment was clean and refreshing. The front desk staff were kind and gentle, and the check-in process was simple and quick. Upon entering my room, I found it well-lit, spotless, and free of any strange odors. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, perfect for easing the fatigue of travel, and the soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water was readily available, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it convenient for finding food and catching a taxi. If needed, a self-service laundry room is also available. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money, with thoughtful and meticulous service. It's definitely a worthwhile place to stay for any trip. I'll prioritize booking this hotel again next time I'm in town and will recommend it to my friends.

The staff were very responsible. The room was well-ventilated with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was spacious, and the shower had plenty of hot water with stable pressure. The soundproofing was decent, so we weren't disturbed. The location was convenient for getting a taxi. For its category, the value for money was quite good.

Great Location, Friendly Service The Vienna Hotel near Quanzhou West Lake is perfectly situated—right across from the lake and within walking distance to the Minnan-Taiwan Kinship Museum, Quanzhou Museum, and the ancient city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent air conditioning. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even surprising us with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast featured delicious local noodles (mianxian hu) with generous toppings. Highly recommended for exploring Quanzhou's cultural gems!

The room facilities are a bit old. The restaurant is a franchised outlet, not directly managed by the hotel. The front desk staff were okay, but a few of the younger girls didn't seem to know much when asked questions. The main issue is that the surrounding area is very inconvenient, with hardly any shops. We arrived at 8 PM, and the front desk suggested taking a taxi to Xijie (West Street) to eat. Ordering takeout was impossible as no riders picked up orders for two hours. The puppet theater and Minnan-Taiwanese Cultural Park are only a few hundred meters away, so you can walk there. It's also a reasonable 10-12 RMB taxi ride to Xijie. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel is a definite five-star! The location is fantastic, very close to West Lake, and right next to the Minnan-Taiwan Kinship Museum. We were less than two kilometers from West Street and other attractions. The hotel itself is spacious, and the rooms are spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even offered me a razor when they noticed my beard was a bit long! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the noodle paste with generous toppings.

Facilities: We stayed in a split-level suite, which was very comfortable for our family of three. It had a sofa, a desk, and even an automatic mahjong table. There were two bathrooms in total, one upstairs and one downstairs, with the upstairs bathroom having a shower. Cleanliness: The place was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Environment: The hotel is right next to West Lake Park, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with beautiful surroundings. Service: The service was warm and attentive; they were always happy to help with anything we needed and even included a complimentary breakfast for one day. Highly recommend! 👍

The environment was quite clean, and the room was spacious. Supplies were replenished very quickly. The front desk even gave us three-day breakfast vouchers. However, the air conditioning in the room couldn't cool.

Clean, tidy, and quiet. It's close to West Lake Park, which is great for a morning stroll.

Good services but rooms are bit small while we book we cant judge.

Inside the room next to 🛏️ bed there was such huge pillar which was annoying and hard to get down
