爸媽帶着兩個孩子，一條小狗，有緣與徐老師和阿姨相遇，本預訂一天，因為想多瞭解本地人眼裡的泉州和徐老師一家的熱情好客，我們住了三天，小院共計四層，一樓茶室＋主人的客廳，小朋友一回酒店就在大廳看書，頂樓有晾曬區+洗衣區（出門在外不敢用公共洗衣機，但是這家除外，因為他們洗床單都是用84消毒液浸泡之後再洗的，房間也很乾凈衞生，衞生間沒有異味），主家還有一衹可愛的小泰迪（絨絨）＋一衹肥碩的貓咪，小院位於古城中心地段，附近有停車場（承天寺停車場），24小時內封頂30元，小院門口就有共享電動車停靠點，非常方便，從小院去鐘樓，西街都很方便，附近小吃很多，徐老師推薦的閩南菜也特別好吃。
入住第二天，自覺乏力頭暈，徐老師還幫忙買了體温計，次日阿姨關心有沒有好一點，真的非常感動。每天出行回來都會在客廳跟他們聊一聊，他們會告訴我們泉州的承天寺不是蘇軾《記承天寺夜遊》中的承天寺（湖北黃州），天后宮的歷史典故，建築細節（不懂的話就是看個熱鬧），會告訴我們哪家的燒烤夜宵好吃，得配上當地的一麥啤酒🍺，巷口賣茶葉的姐姐家自己有茶廠，她家的茶葉價格實惠，如果需要可以郵寄，斯丹薑母鴨好吃，有湯汁不幹，天財的牛排好吃……
離開的時候有留戀不捨，期待下一次的相見

老闆娘特別有禮貌，温文爾雅，熱情親切，住宿鬧中取靜，離鐘樓，中山街，西街近，行走方便，離開時還送上私房茶一份，東西落了還會保管返還，美美噠！

房間挑高空間非常大，民宿設計很有巧思，老闆非常友好健談，還有一衹可愛的小狗狗。寵物友好，附近步行就能到泉州古城最熱鬧的步行街，旁邊就是巴浪魚咖啡，愛喝手沖的千萬不要錯過

民宿負責人是一位充滿文藝氣息的奶奶，會彈鋼琴還會彈古琴，進門後有一面牆的各色書籍，還有可愛的貓貓和狗狗。待人和藹可親，給我們介紹當地的美食，臨走還送了我們禮物。

環境乾淨，白髮奶奶人很好，裏面還養了一衹貓一衹狗，好可愛！位置在古城裡麪，在古城周圍轉很方便。房子偏老舊一點，但是很有淵源，是徐家後人的房子，聽泉州老李説這裡是泉州的一處穴位，名為毛蟹穴，所以看到別的地方都是紅磚，衹有這裡是青磚，因為紅磚的話蟹就死了，還蠻有趣的哈哈哈。
