交通便利，從泉州站坐公交車直達門口，十幾米即到泉山公寓，五分鐘就能步行到清源山景區。當地人很熱情好客，女老闆待人真誠，泉州不愧為中國歷史文化名城。

這個價位，還要啥自行車啊？求的不就是個性價比嗎？該有的都有，可以了。淡季人少，自己挑的房間很大，通風也好，打掃也比較及時。小朋友看完木偶戲直接休息了，門口就是公交站，很方便的。
店主術後初愈，態度也很好，不錯了。

首先説優點：交通便利，門口公交車站牌很多，可以到任何地方。
缺點：訂的是泉州酒店，給我們帶到另外一個地方，豐澤公寓，自進去以後衞生間燈就是壞的，住了三晚連化個粧都不行沒光，有蟑螂和蚊子，房間設施設備差。黴味較重，200多一晚，這條件也就衹能落個腳吧，白天出去玩，都不想回去住，三晚都不敢洗頭啥的，特別不方便。最差勁的是前台三天沒見到一個工作人員。房間隔音太差，隔壁或者走廊的説話聲和廁所沖水聲就跟自己房間一樣響，哎總之，差，主要人太多了好的酒店訂不到了，總之大家慎行。

很不好。第一晚衞生間打死一衹蟑螂🪳，一米八的床給一米五的被子，衞生間對着街道，窗是磨砂玻璃，我們兩個女生黑着燈洗澡的。最關鍵隔音差到對面房間説話都聽得見。凌晨旁邊人回來完全聽得見。可想而知，我真的要炸

房間感覺一般，設施比較齊全，衞生一般般，環境一般般，服務還可以，地理位置不錯，離清源山很近，離西湖公園，泉州博物館都不是很遠，溜達溜達20分鐘左右，吃飯也比較方便，但是要想吃大一點的館子，周邊沒有，公寓忘了拍照片了。

房間臟亂差 臭的要死.被子潮濕又黑 甚至沒折.睡一晚指不定得什麼病.定了兩間260上樓看了房間當即要求退房，一分都不給退.無奈我們衹好離開換到維也納，比這種好多了.出門在外一定要選擇衞生安全正規的酒店，不然遇到黑店後悔莫及“

春節泉州酒店漲價厲害，隨便找個便宜住住，條件非常一般，自己帶好一次性用品，家庭房改造，談不上服務，住兩晚也沒有打掃，將就住住吧，地址位置還行，出門就是公交站，離木偶戲劇院很近， 步行即可。
