Facilities: Fully equipped with smart amenities. Hygiene: Satisfied. Environment: Very quiet, close to Qingyuan Mountain, with excellent air quality and surroundings. Service: The front desk staff was fantastic. They offered drinks every day, and since I checked in during Christmas, they even gave a small gift, which was very heartwarming.

The check-in process was quick and they even helped us get discounted tickets for local attraction. The parking was also convenient and the best part was that they had a dedicated drive-way. The only thing that needs to be improved is to provide bathroom slippers as well.

We really like this hotel, with a nice bath tub for the kids to enjoy. Best of all is that the hotel provided free clothes washing machine with dryer, really convenient for customers. The team even their cleaning team are very well mannered. Cleanliness is very good. Location wise is good for family as it is quiet and further away from city.

Very clean hotel with excellent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. It is located far from the CBD, but near the nature scenes of the city. The breakfast is a Chinese breakfast and Western options are limited, however, the rooms are provided with a free mini bar and fridge with sodas, water and, various teas and coffees.

This hotel is very good value for money. It is right next to the scenic spot and the environment is very nice and quiet. The front desk Xiaoxin Yingying is very nice.
