Quanzhou Hotel

I accidentally booked two different room categories this time. The more expensive one was definitely worth it. While the decor and facilities were quite old, the attention to detail and excellent service made up for those shortcomings. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. Great value for money overall. I booked in a hurry this time and didn't realize I hadn't selected a non-smoking floor. Of course, my smoking friends were quite happy about it.

This is an older five-star hotel, and its architecture truly reflects the Southern Fujian style. My only real complaint is that the room facilities are a bit dated. On the plus side, there's a lot to love: the service is excellent and very welcoming, and you might even get a complimentary souvenir when you check in or check out. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. They also offer peanut soup in the evenings, and there's a swimming pool available.

The hotel is right in the Old Town, within walking distance to popular attractions like West Street and Kaiyuan Temple. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the train station, making it a great choice for exploring Quanzhou. The breakfast spread is generous, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so dining is very convenient.

The room has a business executive style, the environment is quiet, I slept comfortably, and it was very clean. The service was enthusiastic, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. They delivered complimentary small snacks every day, and in the evening, free peanut soup or milk was brought to the door. I didn't take many photos, but the stay was a fantastic experience!

This is a great hotel. Even though it was renovated in 2015, it's very well-maintained. The soundproofing is excellent, making it a top choice for light sleepers. The breakfast is quite extensive and a good value at 60 yuan per person, featuring many local Quanzhou delicacies. The location is fantastic. You step right out onto a commercial street, and Zhongshan Road is just to your left. All of Quanzhou's attractions are within a 20-minute walk, which is a huge plus.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. After parking our car, we were able to easily visit popular spots like the Confucius Temple, Bell Tower, and West Street, all within walking distance. The hotel's service was also outstanding. From the first to the sixth day of the ***** new year, they offered intangible cultural heritage performances, saving us the hassle of buying tickets elsewhere. We enjoyed complimentary fruits, peanut soup, and milk, and could even request extra pillows, which was a thoughtful touch. Considering both the location and service, it truly lives up to its reputation as a well-established hotel!
