Then I entered the bathroom and found that the toilet seat had not been cleaned. The blood of the previous resident's aunt was still on the toilet seat. I continued to contact the housekeeping, and the housekeeping found a staff member to clean it. At the same time, they offered to send a disposable bath bag.
