Hotel was quite near to the Wanda mall about 1-2 min walk. Hotel is inside a driveway. With parking lot inside the driveway.

Counter staff are very friendly & helpful

Strong sewage smell from the bathroom. Other than that, all are good.

Very convenient location on the other side of the river from town center near the river. Facilities agreeable and new, with great services from hotel staff. Love the coffee machine at the lobby!

The rooms are a bit small, but clean and the service is friendly. Prices seem to be a little higher on Fridays and Saturdays, but the increase is acceptable. The location is central and convenient, making it a top choice for visiting Quanzhou.

The hotel has a good location, not far from the scenic area, making it convenient for travel. Wanda Plaza is right across the street, offering easy shopping options. The hotel entrance is small and easy to miss if you're driving. There is a parking lot inside, which is convenient. The hotel service is average. The rooms are a little small, but quite clean.

First, the hotel's soundproofing was terrible. At night, the noise was extremely loud, I don't know if it was from the air conditioning or something else (I didn't turn on the air conditioning), it felt like the room was vibrating. I told the front desk, and the receptionist was very kind and offered to change my room. I looked at two other rooms that were just as noisy. Secondly, the cleanliness was poor, the room was small, and it smelled musty.

Almost every time I stay here, the shower gel is almost always empty 90% of the time. I've complained several times but still can't figure it out. It's really over 200 yuan a night, why are they skimping on a bottle of shower gel like this? Management is a huge problem.

The service provided by the beautiful sisters at the front desk is really super good! The express I bought before was also stored for me. When choosing the room, they also tried their best to meet our requirements. Every time we entered and exited the elevator, they greeted us warmly. The room had a strong smell. Insurmountable. Checked in close to 3pm. But the room had just been tidied up at that time, and I put down my things and left directly. In order to avoid the smell, I specially adjusted the air conditioner to 17°C to blow it there. I came back around 1 o'clock in the evening. Later I went down to the front desk, (there was also a problem with the phone, and I couldn't get through to the front desk at all). In the end, I just sprayed pasteurized water to cover up the smell (the room was full). I came back after breakfast the next day and wanted to take a nap, but found that I still couldn't stay. Damn, it smells disgusting. Well, the answer from the front desk is always to check it out then. There are also bugs in the hotel. Don't know where it came from. The windows are closed. The whole space is so small, it's just a bed and there's a seat next to the bay window.
