The location of the Hotel is a plus, because it is near bus stops and a few minutes walk from the train station going to Venice proper. The breakfast buffet was okay, could add more choices but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the night shift receptionist (forgot his name) who was very helpful and was able to book us a taxi for our early morning flight. Would definitely recommend 👍

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

Breakfast is a common product on the European side, the taste is OK, the hotel has an on-site parking lot, free parking, the best is to provide a mobile phone for free use, can bring out, navigation, all domestic and foreign calls are free. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the main island parking lot in Venice, 7 euros, half price for children. If you can drive to the main island parking lot by yourself, plaza roma is more expensive, it seems like 35 or 39 euros a day, you can find a parking lot from the parking lot one stop bus, city park 4.5 Euros a day, bus back and forth 3 Euros

This price, such a hotel is very rare. The room is large, the facilities are perfect and very comfortable. The traffic is great relative to the airport, the hotel will help to pay the car, go to the airport later, pay 20 euros by yourself.

This hotel was absolutely stunning in every way. The rooms have a moorish theme that feels a bit outdated, but it’s spacious and comfortable. Roberta, the duty manager was an amazing human. She showed us all the places we needed to see in Venice and mapped it out for us. All the staff went above and beyond (minus the fact that my sunglasses went missing from my room unexplained, that was disappointing). We arrived a day after the Venice Film Festival has finished so it was very quiet. We had the beach to ourselves, the sea was clean and amazingly refreshing with gorgeous sunrise views. The Blue Bar had food available all day and their Tiramisu was to die for. The pool area was clean and nice but it closed early (at 6pm I believe). The breakfast buffet was divine and the hotel was grand and beautiful. Note that the hotel offers complimentary shuttles to Venice and from Venice, however not if you have luggage. Only if you’re doing a day trip to the city. If you are taking luggage to head to the train station or airport, you need to book a private water taxi (approx €90). Worth it though…only about 20 mins to the train station and the hotel will arrange it for you. You can also take public ferries but they are slower and packed with people.

Stayed here just for 1 Night but we can gladly say that it’s worth the price! 📍Location: Perfect, right in front of the train & bust station 10’ away from Venice with the bus (ticket 3€ back/forth) 🛎️ Staff: Everyone from the reception up to the maid were all very friendly.. EXTRA+: We felt more than welcomed from the reception as they were all very professional, polite and knowledgeable, excellent communication skills.. even told us places to visit in Venice.. 🦠 Everything was clean & well prepared 🔑 Electronic key card 💼 Allowed me to store my luggage after checkout which I appreciate. 🔇 Quiet ✈️ Called us a transfer for the airport 🏢 Very descent common areas and fast elevators (6th floror) 💸 Worth it

Nice place located in a green area not far away from Venice, the railway station and the ferry Port. You can park inside and the location offers all the basic services needed; bar, restaurant, mini market, self service laundry and self dispenser for snacks/drinks,coffee

This hotel could easily get five stars from us. Good location. There is a bus line, line 6, which is located close to the hotel and which runs every 20 minutes,which takes you from the hotel and brings you back for 20min. The price of the stay is significantly lower from the hotel prices in Venice. The hotel is also designed in a modern design and is new - as opposed to the Venetian style,for those of you that it matters. The rooms are spacious and pleasant overall, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff provide excellent service, truly exceptional service. Especially Nicoletta, a constant smile, service given with joy, out of care - Nicoletta gets six stars. The service of the reception staff is also excellent, and in general the service of the staff is good. The cleanliness is good. Overall a good hotel. But what? If you need an extra pillow or blanket - none available. The children were given a double blanket and when we asked for another blanket they said it was not possible because there are currently no maids (we arrived around 10pm). The same goes for additional pillows that we asked for and did not receive throughout our stay (4 nights). The hotel has rooms that are connected by a door - so it is very suitable and convenient for families. We asked for one room with a double bed and one room with separate beds, when we arrived at night, we got two rooms with a double bed arrangement. There are no double beds in the hotel (at least we didn't get one) single beds are connected with a sheet, who cares. Likewise, the doors of the connected rooms - not only could they not be locked to allow parents privacy, they also could not be closed. They left them for us with the closing tab open - so it was impossible to close the doors. In addition, the bathroom in the master bedroom is really dangerous, there is no support for getting out of it - and getting out of it is challenging. Specifically in this bathroom - the emergency line does not work... if you have difficulty walking and moving - ask for a room with a shower, not a bathtub. I think a hotel needs very little effort - to become an excellent hotel. Greater attention to detail and a greater supply of blankets and pillows.

L'hotel è molto bello: pulito , ben arredato e comodo. Le camere pulite e spazione. La posizione è strategica e vicino a tutto. La colazione ottima , con tanta scelta tra salato e dolce.Ho trovato il personale molto disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste che gli facevamo. Assolutamente ritorneremo !!!
