They only provide 2 bottles of water upon requested

This is the first time in my life a hotel has double-charged me. 1. First, I was wrongly charged $862 due to a system error. I requested a refund through ctrip 2. After receiving the refund, the hotel charged me another $862 — the exact same amount — without any authorization or explanation. How is it possible for a hotel to charge a guest's card at will, especially for a duplicate transaction that was already refunded? This is unacceptable and feels financially predatory. I’m sharing this to alert other travelers. Check your statements if you’ve stayed here!

The hotel has a fantastic location with its own underground parking and sauna, and the rooms are very clean! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable, and the toiletries and lotion provided smelled wonderful; I loved them. In short, I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Quebec City.

Facilities: The water heater and toilet in the room are relatively old, the water heater is not sensitive, and the water pressure in the toilet is too low. The air inlet of the hair dryer is full of dust and can't blow out air. The heater is very noisy. Hygiene: The toilet is yellow and the bathtub is peeling. Environment: The hotel lobby is decorated cleanly and warmly, and there is a billiard table for use. Service: Apples are provided, and simple bread, fruit juice and hot drinks are provided in the morning.
