The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to the Plains of Abraham and the bar street. Parliament Hill is also very close. You can walk everywhere. The view from the room window is fantastic. However, the air conditioning is old and very noisy. Why wasn't the room cleaned on the second day? Is that common practice here?

Very good location and phenomenal meal at a very famous restaurant (Cochon Dingue) at the lobby.

The rooms are due for a full reno but you may overlook how tired it's the hotel. However, you can't overlook mold in the shower, ceiling with water damage and holes, nor hairdryer full of fuzz same as some vents. Location is good and there are a few more hotels chains or small places on the surroundings.

Great location. The facilities were a bit dated, but it didn't cause any problems during our stay. Just be aware that there's no housekeeping service. Oh, and the large windows offer fantastic sunrise and sunset views!

The room was good, and the river view was absolutely stunning – you could take magazine-worthy photos right from your window! Cleanliness was decent too. A great bonus was having the 'Little Pig Restaurant' right on the ground floor of the hotel, so we never had to wait in line. The only real drawbacks were the limited number of elevators, leading to long waits, and the underground parking garage's low height clearance of just 1.83 meters.

The view is the best in Quebec

The room was clean and spacious, feeling freshly renovated. Right downstairs is Piggy's Restaurant, with last orders taken at 9 PM. It's a convenient walk directly to the Old Town, and there's a good-sized park nearby for strolls. There are also many bars around the hotel.

Everything is broken in the room. They tried to accommodate me with another room, but the other room looks the same all broken, so I decide to ask for a refund.

The hotel's location is good, within walking distance to Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham. The facilities are indeed old. I had read a review mentioning the AC being too loud at night but didn't pay much attention to it then. After checking in, I realized it wasn't just the AC; there was a constant low-frequency humming noise that seriously affected my sleep. This was especially problematic since it was my first night in Canada after landing, and the noise disruption was severe.

The hotel has great location, which is located within 2-3 blocks from the old town gate, so most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. We were given a room facing the old town, had a great view of the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac Hotel. The hotel decorations and furniture are little outdated.

Beautiful property, located in the heart of the city. Recently renovated facilities and rooms, staff are very friendly and always available to provide great recommendations to explore the city. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes and attractions. Highly recommended for both business or leisure.

Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!
