The room and the hotel general areas are quite aligned with pictures as shown. Located on the main street of the city so is convenient. Only drawback is you have to go up a stairs after main entrance so not very strollers or wheeled items friendly

Insufficient facilities such as only one electrical plug in each group is connected and power is available. The coffee machine needs to be powered by the bedside lamp plug or the coffee machine or other electrical appliances can be used without watching TV! ! ! There are not enough places to hang clothes in the bathroom, and there is also a place to put shampoo supplies. Disappointed! ! !

Note that the check-in time must confirm that the waiter is there, and the door adopts a password to enter and exit after check-in, as well as the room door. The space in the room is relatively large. There is an airport bus to the airport and get off near the hotel. About 20 minutes walk to the old town

The room facilities are well-equipped. I live in a house facing the street, but it is not noisy. There are many dining spots nearby. The hotel is also very close to the supermarket. The nearby residents mainly speak French, and the service industry personnel can speak some English.

This is a very modern property in an older building. Being in downtown, parking will be a problem. however if one walks or rides the city transit, it's an ideal location. Many major QC bus routes go by the hotel and one can reach many tourist locations without driving. The rooms are in the style of an AirBNB; bring your own toiletries, but towels are provided and a generous supply at that. I'd stay here again if I return to QC.

Without a front desk, check in is not so easy. You have to push a buzzer since I didn’t receive an email with a code. The voice that responds is French. It takes awhile and then you finally get someone who speaks English who lets you in. There is a person that sits at the desk when you get in who was able to look up our reservation and give us our room. The hallways to the rooms are all black (floors, ceilings, and walls) and very narrow with very poor lighting. You feel like you are walking through a Halloween experience! The room was good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large with a nice shower but there are no shelves in the shower so no where to put soap or shampoo other than the floor. Just a little odd overall.

The hotel hallway is very dark. The room is very basic with no refrigerator. The bathroom is small with no place to put soap or shampoo. Hotel is located some distance away from downtown attractions.
