The surrounding roads are under construction, so you have to go around seven or eight times outside the door. But the interior of the hotel is very good, clean and comfortable, and you can also swim and soak in hot springs for free. We stayed for 5 days and they didn’t clean the room, make the bed or replace our towels until the 4th day. Our room was by the service elevator and rec room so it was very loud. The grounds were dirty and my daughter caught an ear infection in the pool.

I asked for extra pillows 3 times (called the desk 1 time, tell the room attendant 1 time, come to tell the front desk 1 time). But never get the pillows for the whole stay! Frustrated by being cheated!

The garden view with balcony is lovely with tropical plants and fun Latin music. It’s loud though because the pool is so near and closes at 11 pm.

I honestly really did not enjoy my stay at all at L'Hotel Quebec. The rooms have literally no soundproofing, I could hear kids running up and down the hallways SCREAMING as late as like 2am and as early as like 6am following. The soundproofing is so bad you can hear other guests in their bathrooms. Furthermore, the pool was super super full - and the lifeguard was on her phone the entire time, so I was a bit worried about some of the kids safety. There was a father throwing his preteen children around the pool for fun with no one stopping him, and he accidentally launched his 10-12 year old daughter into my 3 year old. He was apologetic, but still - crazy dangerous. There was also kids running around and jumping in the pool from everywhere, I get it's tough to catch everything but the lifeguard didn't look up once from her phone. The food was also very overpriced at 10vagues. Walking and driving around is also confusing around there too as all kinds of work is being done. I will not be returning.

From check-in to check-out, a very smooth and friendly experience. Food at the restaurant way good with excellent service. Pool and play area well kept. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

I saw a big cockroach under the wood floor on the kids module , need new rug / carpet everywhere especially on the way to the room , no free breakfast that a shame for a hotel .. the staff at the entrance were perfect they are very kind patient and 5 star to them
