Beautiful hotel. Bathroom is not up to date but the rest of the room is super nice. We loved it and will definitely return to this hotel.

The General Managet (Madame King) of this property is one of the WORST humans I have ever met. I stay in a lot of hotels due to work and I would NEVER stay here again - would rather sleep in my car. The bed was terribly uncomfortable too. I stayed one night (booked for 2) and needed to cancel my second night due to a work commitment. Because it was less then 24 hours notice - I heard every excuse from I needed to read my agreement with ******* to it’s a busy season - so the answer is NO!!! So I paid for 2 nights and accepted that Madame King does not know anything about customer service and has no compassion for exceptions. I called ******* and they told me because I paid at the property that Madame King has full discretion to give me a refund or not …. She was rude and walked away from me. I called JARO (owners of the hotel chain) and they told me that Madame King makes all the decisions for this property - apparently her Boss is the owner and he does not get involved - which is a shame, because she is not customer service qualified to do her job. No one else can make a decision here. Unbelievably Horrible experience. I will continue to post a review EVERYDAY on every site that they are on - until I can get some resolution to my complaint - or be able to talk to anyone but Madame King. I do NOT recommend this establishment (I can not speak to the other 6 properties they own) but I would NEVER stay at any of them if this is the leadership they have in place.

Wow! Reading through the comments gave me relief. I thought i was the only one that thought the service and the maintenance was very bad. I have never being in a hotel were i felt they were doing me a favor allowing me stay even though im paying. My first day on checking in the manager was the rudest person i have ever met in an hotel, and she didnt care if stayed or left. By day 2 i really wanted to leave but my kids loved the place, room maintenance was something else, i literally had to call 6times for clean towels. It wasnt a great experience for me, the bed horror.

Room 147 was terrible. I couldnt sleep all night. There were a big sound every 20 min in the wall, maybe the plumbing or a room machine beside.

Love the tropical theme if this hotel, was very clean, the restaurant was great for supper, albeit slighly pricey. Breakfast wasnt worth what we paid, especially for a family of 5. The wait staff at the restaurant however was excellent. The kids loved the pool. I think the Murphy bed that our kids shared was more comfortable than our queen bed, were hopinh for a cot but there weren't any available

The staff at the reception, the bar and the restaurant were very friendly… The pool and the spa were not clean… We had no room service in 4 days, ran out of toilet paper… the water pipes are very very noisy, making big bangs in the walls, it woke us up in the night because of the neighbours having shower…

The hotel amenities were nice, specially the restaurant and its staff. In the bedroom the bathtub was really old, with dirty tiles. Towels were clean but ripped with holes on them. Room service was really bad, it took them two days to deliver us new towels after calling to request. It’s a shame, because the hotel was a nice place to stay, specially for families, but it definetely needs some love.
