The hotel itself was clean and in excellent condition. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for a good night’s rest. There were two restaurants: Ophelia and L’Atelier. While we didn’t dine at Ophelia, we did have oysters and cocktails at the L’Atelier, and everything was tasty and fresh. To note, the hotel does not have a lift, so access was only via two steep flights of stairs. There was also no on-site service. That wasn’t a problem except when we discovered our tv was not working. The picture lagged severely and the airplay function did not work. We messaged the hotel but they didn’t get back to us until we had checked out. It was too bad as we had wanted to stay in after a snowy day and watch a show or movie.

We loved The Hotel Ophelia. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) were fabulous. The staff was extremely kind (the restaurant manager and our early morning bag assistant definitely went over and above).
My only problem was no elevator in the building. Even without it, I still would come back but would request a lower floor. It was a wonderful experience and the location was perfect.

Fantastic location & nice modern room with helpful staff. However it is located above a noisy nightclub/ restaurant that can be quite loud at night.

Property was clean, nice restaurant easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Was not aware of no elevator which was inconvenient for us to carry our luggage up to our room. Room was small.

Amazing and comfortable accommodations. Service was very friendly and helpful. More expensive than other options but we were celebrating a special occasion.

Property is well maintained and room was very clean and in great shape. We are older couple and for our taste there were too many electronic conveniences, but that is 21st century after all :-) we had good laughs with lights and toilet controlled by small touch screen.
This place is definitely one of the best we ever stayed in. We will be back

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are beautifully designed and no detail is looked over. Would highly recommend, and we look forward to staying here again.
