Facilities: Before going there, I heard that the facilities might be old, but in fact they are fine and worth experiencing. Environment: The location is excellent and the hotel atmosphere is very suitable for travel check-in Service: Very considerate, there will be staff who will give business cards when checking in to contact you for help and service needs.

**Location and Accessibility:** The Hilton Quebec boasts a prime location just outside Old Town and near Place D'Youville, where many buses stop. However, the hotel is situated on a hill, so if you're not taking a bus or Uber, be prepared for a bit of an uphill walk to reach the entrance. **Room and View:** We paid extra for a room with an Old Quebec River view, and it was worth every penny. The window was clear, allowing us to take stunning photos of Old Town Quebec with Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in the background. **WiFi:** The WiFi connection at Hilton Quebec was excellent—smooth and fast, perfect for staying connected or getting work done. **Amenities:** While the rooms do not come with bottled water, during the summer, the hotel provides water dispensers with ice water near the reception, which was convenient for filling our water bottles. Overall, Hilton Quebec offers a comfortable stay with fantastic views and excellent connectivity, though the uphill walk may be a consideration for some guests.

The hotel is next to the ancient city of Quebec and a food street downstairs. The location is very convenient, the service is very good and the room is very clean. The front desk will help us upgrade to a higher floor for free and will stay again next time.

Very friendly and fast service at check in and out with good valet service , but room floors was not very clean and was missing couch , maid said that their were Renovations on this flour , bathroom was old and floors also but beds were comfy and clean beautiful view and nice restaurant in the hall and personnel were very nice and helpful.

This was our first visit to Quebec City and we wanted to stay somewhere close to Old Quebec. I liked that this hotel is right off the highway and less than 10 minute drive into Old Quebec and Centre Ville Quebec City. We requested a room with 2 double beds and liked that there were 2 flat screen TVs in the room. They gave us a room on the 3rd Floor next to the elevator with view of the parking lot, but we did not hear any noise inside the room. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel elevator is slower than most but what is different than other hotels is that you need to hold the floor button down until it reaches your floor, if you take your finger off, the elevator stops. There is only one ice machine, on the first floor, but was not in working order. We notified the front desk and they were aware and fortunately she able to give me some ice. Since we had to check out little early we decided not get the room with breakfast option. Also, we didn't have time to use the Spa services. This is a nice small hotel which doesn't have all the amenities that larger hotels have but this hotel offers free parking and free WiFi .

We loved this hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, modern, nicely furnished and had a pristine bathroom. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast. The hot breakfast was handy when we had a lot of activiities planned for our 4 day stay and easily kept hunger at bay past lunch. Levis itself is very pretty down by the river and it was easy and convenient to the ferry to hop on, go across and spend a day and evening walking around Old Town Quebec. The hotel was in a good location right off the highway and had restautants, shopping and conveniences nearby. Would definitely stay at this hogel again.

This was the most satisfying accommodation experience among our five nights. We would like to thank the front desk staff for their serious and responsible attitude and the restaurant staff for their careful arrangements. The hotel is in total deconstruction! The cadres are barely absent from the second floor! This is just a gap and layer of paintings of the past. Let's do the internet there is no connection from the start after I have been trying again but the signal is so weak that my teleconference call is at the dust, that it experiences unpleasant, The hotel is not very good, it is not very good. The doors do not sweep, so my two-year-old daughter can escape any time during the night and the furniture is all fixed to the walls so the only furniture I can put before the door are a few chairs she can move. However, I reserved for an adult and a child. To make this much worse, at 10PM, after I took my bath and I was installed with my two-year-old child the front desk calls me to tell me that he called a trailer because my car overshoots the white line in the parking. Therefore, a mother and her child must be left out of a hotel room that doesn't get to the bar, cross a completely decreased corridor face a front desk that has had the kindness to call a trailer at ten hours of the evening, 3 hours after their arrival. Very nice hotel overall! The room was lovely and comfortable, with great lightning, but also very nice blinds to sleep-in late in the dark. Everything in the room was perfect and clean, from the bed, to the fireplace. A lovely rain and body shower just perfected it even more! We loved the pool and the hot tub, and the water slide let us have our inner child moment:) The breakfast could have more options, but it was pretty good overall! And the Boston Pizza downstairs is a perfect restaurant option for supper. We sadly didn’t get the chance to visit the Carie Factory, but we know for a fact it would’ve made our stay even more perfect, if that’s even possible! Would highly recommend!

Would recommend this for family and friends' gatherings. The staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, of high quality. For lunch the Starbucks seems to be run by the same staff and features full meals and fine sandwiches among other things. The pool is heated, and the outdoor, large hot pools are excellent. You can do snow angels then jump back in the pools with jets. There is a good exercise room and a game room with ping pong, fuzbol and other tables and a small romper bouncy house. Dozens of other dining alternatives just out the front entrance and a short drive.
