Premier Inn Edinburgh (South Queensferry)

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Our requests were sorted straight away.

Good location with a short drive to get food or go to the shop. Small car park for the location. Easy enough stay and good value for money.

From the outside to inside this hotel is rundown, scruffy and dirty. The disable room we stayed in the bathroom was dirty it needed a real deep clean, I told the at reception. Carpets inside room, hallways, resteraunt needed a good clean. Whole place smelt dirty. Went to eat at restaurant and smokers at both door out of hotel and into restaurant which is unacceptable. Restaurant kept running out of food, no fish, no Sunday roast and so it went on. The only redeeming feature was 2 employees stood out Sandra on reception and Francesca in restaurant. The whole place needs shutting down, cleaning and upgrading urgently. One of the most expensive Premiers we’ve stayed at date and just overpriced for what was offered.

Convenient and friendly.  Super good staff. I will stay here again next time.

Good and convinced for business travelling

Great alternative hotel for someone traveling in Edinburgh, the 43 bus take you straight from city center to the hotel. There's McDonalds and M&S Food Hall near the hotel.
