QT Queenstown

The design of the room are great and having the direct lake facing. The breakfast has widw Veriety and surely you will enjoying it, something canbit be missed it out. The customer service are superb, and they can easy arrange for the shattered service

I was staying with my daughter here. Its close to the city centre just a few minutes of walk. Hotel itself was very beautiful. They had tit bits morning, evening and night at the entrance for their patrons to enjoy. Loved the view of the lake outside our window. Housekeeping was extremely thoughtful. They also sent us complementary milk and chocolate to make our hot chocolate at night. Loved it!

I am very satisfied and happy during the stay in QT. They gave us heaps of treats : fresh milk, chocolates, juice, welcome pastry. They are all tasty and yummy. the texture of the pastry is soft. I never felt like this before in other 5 stars hotel. Although they did not provide free water bottles in the room, but overall the experience is awsome.

An amazing newly renovated hotel just outside of town in Queenstown. While not directly in the main square, it’s only a short walk along the lake and the hotel staff are very accommodating with a shuttle if carrying skis or equipment to be serviced. Rooms are beautiful, the elevated restaurant and bar have majestic views of the lake and mountains. Will definitely visit again.

Hotel location is convenient. Easy access to majority of tourists related facilities. Hotel staff was friendly. The room and breakfast area lake view was fantastic. Overall good experience. Minor issues for improvement (1) The phone in the room is a bit confusing. There is no notice or user manual. The instruction on the TV was to press Help Me button to contact reception but pressing the button did nothing. There was no tone. So I though it was broken. It was late and level 6 was closed due to renovation work so it wasn't easy to even go to ground floor. In the end, I worked it out myself. You had to press certain button to "activate" the phone (I pressed Speaker button accidentally) and then you can press the Help Me button to contact reception. It would be good if there had been some notes on the phone about this. (2) The coffee machine in the breakfast area only produces long black and even when making long black, it was very very flow and the volume of coffee produced didn't even fill 1/4 of the cup. I once visited a hotel and they charged extra fee for providing other coffee like Latte etc. Personally I don't quite understand the rational behind this since majority of the coffee machines you see provides a variety of coffee. Anyway this is hotel business decision. But at least ensure the coffee machine works fine.
