Excellent service. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast options were limited, but the view was stunning. We really enjoyed the hotel bar menu, especially the honey brie. The white wine was decent, and the hotel's spa also offered great views.

This is a brand new hotel, so there aren't many reviews online yet, but it's probably the most luxurious hotel in Queenstown. The room was very clean, and the wooden decor felt incredibly high-end. The minibar was replenished endlessly with delicious local juices and chocolates; I even asked the hotel for several more when I checked out. Highly recommended!

The riverside view is fantastic, but only if you book a riverside room. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Please be aware that if you need to smoke at this resort, you must adhere to the no-smoking policy. Even if it's not explicitly prohibited, smoking outside the building might still incur a cleaning fee. I highly recommend just paying the $200 cleaning fee upfront if you want a better stay. There are no trash disposal areas within the hotel. If you pay a deposit at check-in, the billing method is easily apparent. By the way, this resort does not accept cash for deposits, so any confusion ultimately lies with the resort itself, not you. Overall, this expensive resort lacks sufficient attention to individual guest needs. New resorts should improve their management and establish a proper smoking area with clear signage. While a $200 cleaning fee isn't high for a hotel guest, this particular stay will be quite unpleasant.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Not too far from two shopping centers, but the food was very mediocre.

Nestled in a valley just 20 minutes from Queenstown, this hidden gem is a hidden gem. The hotel rooms are very fancy, and there's even an open-air bathtub, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa. The value for money is truly excellent. Highly recommended!
