Great location, and not expensive at all compared to other hotels nearby. The capsule was a good size, didn't feel cramped. Parking can be a bit tricky to find; there's a lot nearby, but it's a gamble whether there'll be space.

Great value for money and a unique experience. For Queenstown, this price is an excellent deal. I recommend booking early as prices rise quickly during peak season. Compared to other hotels that are easily over 1000+, this place has all the basic amenities, and it's clean and tidy.

The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk genuinely and sincerely helped guests with their questions and needs. My three-night stay was truly fantastic! The rooftop offers stunning mountain and lake views, and the cozy fireplace makes you feel like you're in a secluded paradise. Getting around is super convenient. After leaving Queenstown Airport, you only need to walk about 100 meters to find the #1 public transport bus. Remember to buy a transport card at the airport bookstore beforehand; it's very convenient and cheap, especially if you're traveling alone or with one other person. One card is all you need. To get to this hotel (Leloo Hotel), take the bus from the airport. After about 20 minutes, get off at Stanley Street, which is a major transport hub, just a 4-minute walk from the hotel. You'll know it's the right stop because it's at the bottom of a big downhill road, with a large park on your right. The bus stops are conveniently divided into A, B, and C sections. Getting to Arrowtown only takes 25 minutes and costs 2.5 New Zealand dollars. There are many popular, Instagrammable shops nearby, like Fergburger. Even if you're vegetarian, don't worry, they all have Chinese menus.

Extremely convenient location. What's more, after checking out, I realized I'd left my headphones at the hotel. I messaged them immediately and they managed to find them for me. Many thanks!

I've stayed in bunk-style hostels before, but this one was much taller and more spacious, which was great. The only downside is that climbing to the top bunk felt quite high and a bit scary. It's nice that they provide towels, especially for a hostel. Considering how expensive accommodation is in Queenstown, this place offers good value for money. My only regret is that they sell alcohol in the kitchen, so you can't drink wine or other alcoholic beverages you've bought from outside.

(I left the same review on Google Maps) I had such a great stay at Lylo in Auckland, so I had high hopes for this place. I really should have read the reviews more carefully. Usually, I can tolerate minor inconveniences if the location is good, but this place is truly beyond words, haha. The room was an 8-person pod room, but seriously, it was incredibly cramped even for eight people. You couldn't open your suitcase. So, could you open it in the hallway? The hallway was also ridiculously narrow, haha. And the lockers are under the beds. They're metal, and they make a loud noise every time you punch in the code, haha. I even opened a locker once to find a towel left behind by the previous user. Well, with such a narrow hallway, how can they even clean properly, huh? And the blinds attached to the beds, haha, they also make noise every time you open and close them. There's a plastic piece at the end that keeps hitting the bed wall. The Lylo in Auckland had sliding doors, so why is it like this here, haha? And despite it being winter, the bed was so hot. So I turned on the air circulator inside, and it made an insane amount of noise, haha. This place is designed to be noisy no matter what you do, and it's not soundproof either. The bedding is also really uncomfortable. There's no mattress topper, and the mattress feels cheap. You have to put the duvet underneath to make it somewhat comfortable, but then you have nothing to cover yourself with, right? So I slept with my jacket, haha. And the common areas are even worse. First off, the toilets and showers are in the same space, and there's no powder room. What?! Where do you dry your hair? At the two sinks, haha? You can't even dry it in the hallway because it's narrow and noisy, haha. There's no space to put out your lotion or hang your towel. It's ridiculous, haha. Some of the bathroom sink faucets were also wobbly. It feels like... an outdoor restroom would be better, huh? The kitchen on the top floor is well-maintained, at least. There's an air fryer, and the lounge area is also decent. If you're getting frustrated in your room, you can probably escape here... The reception area is tiny, though. If a lot of people check in or out at once, there probably won't even be standing room... And why is the door to the hallway always open? It doesn't seem to lock properly. Is there even any security, huh? ;;;; There have been similar reviews consistently for the past three years, and I really should have paid attention. It seems absolutely nothing has improved, and this place needs a complete structural overhaul. I trusted the Lylo name, and I'm truly disappointed.

This was my first hostel stay, and I'm extremely satisfied! Although bathrooms are shared, the capsule design provides excellent private space. There are lockers too! It also had fantastic access to everything.

The lockers use a passcode, so you don't need to bring your own padlock! They were also big enough for a 24-inch suitcase with room to spare, which was great! The room itself felt like I was staying in a capsule hotel!

Check-in was easy, and they even held our luggage before the official check-in time. The room was clean and very comfortable.
