The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the supermarket and not far from the commercial street. Each floor has a self-service beverage machine offering free hot drinks. However, the rooms do not have a refrigerator or an electric kettle, which is a bit inconvenient.

It's very close to the city center, and they offer free drinks. The staff were also very friendly; they even let us check in early since there was an available room. Doing laundry costs seven dollars for washing and another seven for drying.

The heating was adequate, the room was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of hot water. The bathroom was spacious and had a heated towel rail, which was convenient for drying clothes. The balcony offered a beautiful view. There was no kettle in the room, so we had to ask the front desk for one. We were separated from the next room by only a wooden door, so noise was a bit of an issue.

Traveling as a couple with no car, the room was perfectly adequate for the two of us. Queenstown is quite small, so accommodation options are limited. This place met all my needs; it's within walking distance to all the attractions and very close to the bus stop, making it easy to get here directly from the airport by public transport. The decor is new, it's very clean, and they clean the room daily. Highly recommended! My advice is to book early, otherwise, you might find it's fully booked when you want to make a reservation.
