The Hotel is a bit far from city, but we are driving, so not a problem. There is a sauna, spa and swimming pool. Rooms is big, clean and comfortable.

No lift access for the top floor which makes it inconvenient for guest with big luggages.  Top floor has beautiful view and overall stay was  Comfortable with good service from staff.

Overall, it's decent. The view from the window offers a distant panorama of snow-capped mountains. The location is quite convenient for getting around, but the hotel has limited parking spaces, which isn't ideal for self-driving tourists exploring New Zealand's South Island. Although the underground car park has two or three levels, it was always full when we drove down. The hotel charges for parking daily, but if you arrive late, you'll often find no available spots and will need to find alternative parking yourself. Most of Queenstown's attractions are nearby, with the cruise activity center less than 1 km away. It seemed that Queenstown required the least amount of driving during our South Island road trip, making its convenience excellent.

We booked the lakeside suite. Every morning we are greeted by the amazing view! Just one minute walk from the bus stop, which connects the town centre and the airport. Convenient. Loved it and recommended!

The hotel is well maintained and the reception was very helpful with our situation due to flight cancellation. Especially Silvester from the restaurant, he was very kind to accommodate our needs. We had a pleasant experience and would like to stay again next time.

I booked two rooms at this hotel as we were travelling with friends and the cheaper room got upgraded to lake view, while the more expensive one didn’t. There was no shower gel, shampoo was in single use bottles, shower door didn’t close properly and socket in the bathroom didn’t work, so I had to dry my hair away from the mirror. The room and bathroom were a little rundown, not what I was expecting for the price and the stars.

Excellent! Perched on a mountain, the hotel offers lake view rooms with absolutely breathtaking scenery. A delightful detail was the electric towel warmer in the bathroom – a true lifesaver after a shower in winter! So many thoughtful touches. Highly recommended!

A really good hotel with fantastic staff , who are very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. The dinner is fantastic especially the lamb and catch of the day . The facilities are good with a nice jacuzzi and pool and a gym (with old equipment ). The hotel is great but their payment and online system is too old and slow and causes lots of issues and chaos for the staff . A hotel that is fantastic but just needs to modernise a bit more.

Room was quite spacious & bed was super comfy.. ample parking spaces but chargeable..
