Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Queenstown, making it super convenient to get everywhere. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely stay here!

Everything was fabulous, the staff were all happy to assist to make your stay and trip comfortable. The breakfast was excellent quality and the wine & canapé was a really nice touch. We would definitely stay there again

We loved our stay. The bed was big and comfortable. Just what we needed after a 4 day hike. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was perfect. The location is a very short and easy walk into the main area of Queenstown. Would love to come again.

This Queenstown trip involved three nights at different hotels due to tight availability: Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central, and Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. Park Boutique left the deepest impression. Though not downtown, its location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the town center. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, with a nightly wine tasting salon. Breakfast featured a partial buffet with main courses ordered à la carte. However, each guest could only order their main course once. Ideally, a second order could be offered for an additional fee, allowing larger groups to sample more dishes. The best part was the practical facilities: a small kitchen, a bathroom with separate wet and dry zones, and a mattress that was perfectly firm and comfortable. Surprisingly, there was even a fireplace, adding warmth to slightly chilly evenings. In short, if you're heading to Queenstown for a relaxing getaway, Park Boutique is the ideal place to stay.

A family of four for two nights. Pleasant arrangement: We looked for a room together but was fully booked so we ended up booking two separate rooms. By the time we checked in, we were given a deal for an extra NZD300 per night for a decent spacious room, and we took it. Friendly and helpful staff: After we parked our car, the staff immediately gave us a helping hand for taking our bags and luggages showing us to the check in counter. When we needed help for immediate medications, the staff brought us to the medical center which was a few minutes walk, and always back us up with our needs. We were so much appreciated. Summary: Worth staying. Friendly and helpful staff around. Cleanliness and neat. Walking distance to skyline and downtowns. Decent breakfast.

I was in a particularly bad mood that day, and it was the middle of the night when I checked in. The white receptionist was incredibly nice, warm, and attentive, like a nightlight illuminating the dark night, offering a small measure of comfort to my already terrible mood.

The price is inflated, the room facilities are very simple, there is a very small cabinet, clothes can not be hung, the bathroom is not separated by a dry and wet area, only a simple shower curtain, the shower water splashes everywhere, the breakfast is also very simple

After getting off the long-distance flight, I emailed the hotel to check in and arrived a little late. The front desk was ready to welcome me early in the morning. The hotel is within ten minutes of the attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff is very polite. It was my daughter's birthday, and there was a small birthday cake as a surprise for my daughter. The hotel's little thoughtfulness has been felt by the guests. The only imperfection is that at about 7 o'clock in the morning, there should be a waiter to open the door, but we were still sleeping. I don't know the reason. I have informed the front desk of this matter and asked them to pay attention to this situation.
