The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They moved us to a room further back and gave us a huge one. They kept apologizing that we wouldn't have a view, but the view was actually stunning! The food was also excellent and very fresh. Overall, a beautiful experience with a beautiful view.

The hotel food is really good. It's a bit far from the city, but the environment is very peaceful and quiet. The service was excellent; most of the staff were Indian, very enthusiastic and efficient. We even got a welcome biscuit!

Front reception staff are amazing and well trained and super friendly and helpful The room is decent size for a family of four though it shows its old age. Carpet is clean but parts are missing. Bathroom heater works on the first and the last day so we did not get to use it much. Breakfast is great and reasonably priced after memeber discount. Parking could have been cheaper but understand everything is expensive in queenstown. We love the spa and sauna - it has three spas and spa is very hot Great spot for a holiday between frankton and city centre

I stayed in this room type for two nights. Perhaps because the lake-view room I had before at this hotel was so good and beautiful, I felt a bit of a letdown in the standard room. The room was also very damp.

The rooms are nice, and it's super convenient, only an 8-minute drive from the city center. The hot water pressure is great, making for a very comfortable shower! My room on the second floor had a balcony overlooking the lake, which was beautiful in the morning! My friend's room on the first floor had direct access to a lawn from the balcony, which was also fantastic!
