Sudima Queenstown Five Mile

The hotel's location is great, close to the airport and only a 10-minute drive to the city center with no traffic. However, there was a lingering smell in the room, possibly from the previous Indian guests. Overall though, it was very clean and hygienic.

Shopping is very convenient.

There are shopping malls nearby, lots of ski equipment shops, and a supermarket, which was great. It feels like a ski village.

Extremely close to the airport, just a five-minute drive to the hotel. Free parking is available, and there's a Woolworths and other supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping.

Clean, with great service. They have Chinese-speaking front desk staff and servers, so language wasn't an issue. The only thing is the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent. The bus stop and the coach to Cardrona are right downstairs, which is super convenient. Just remember that the Queenstown buses run hourly, so be sure to mind the time.

1. The hotel is located in a huge shopping complex with supermarkets, restaurants, and clothing stores right next door, so no car is needed. There's a massive shared parking lot, but it's often hard to find a spot specifically for hotel guests. The front desk will ask for your license plate number. 2. The room is small, but generally clean and quiet. 3. Breakfast is a buffet, quite good for a 'Western-style' spread, and includes fried rice. You can also make your own fresh juice (apple and carrot). Additionally, they have an EGG MENU. Just decide what you want (sunny-side up, over easy, or omelet) and tell the staff, and they'll bring it right to your table.
