Great place to stay! Amazing oceanview, located close to the beach and best local restaurants. Gustavo, the owner, and his team are always eager to assist and provide the best service. We will definetely go back in our next visit to Costa Rica.

Best hotel ever! If you are traveling to Manuel Antonio area you have to stay here. Gustavo is the owner and is extremely kind and hospitable. He treated us like family throughout our entire stay. The place was extremely clean and had amazing food with even better views of the ocean on both sides. The pool was nice and me and my friend felt safe the entire time we were there. Super close to all the attractions and easy to get around! Definitely recommend, will be going back!

I stayed at Hotel VOS during my visit to Quepos. This rating was a little thought between 4 or a 5. I gave it a 5 because of the owner. He greeted me when I arrived as was very nice and friendly. The hotel is in a good location that allows you to go to many of the attractions in Quepos and nearby area. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have kitchens with a full size refrigerator and microwave. There is a small pool area in front of the rooms and the view is awesome. I think for the price it is very reasonable. A few things to consider is that parking is on the street which is narrow. I was very fortunate in that there are 2 spots directly under the hotel and was able to get one each night mainly because I was back in my room by 7:00pm I think. Getting in the parking spot is a little tricky I had to use the 4x4 option on my rental as there is a curb to climb and it is a small spot. The other bit of information I can offer is that this part of Quepos is not what I consider pedestrian friendly but most of the area is the same. Very limited off street parking and no sidewalks. You will be walking on the street to get to local restaurants and shops. All things considered I enjoyed my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel VOS Manuel Antonio. The room was spacious and very clean, which made it really comfortable to relax after a day out. The location is excellent — very close to Manuel Antonio National Park and just a short distance from Biesanz Beach, which is absolutely beautiful. What truly made the experience special was the incredible kindness of the owners. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and you really feel at home during your stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

My friend and I have just returned from a lovely weekend at Hotel VOS. The views from the hotel are beautiful and it was lovely to wake up to the sea view every morning! All the staff were really helpful and really attentive. They always checked in to make sure we were ok. Perfect for a base to explore the lovely area of Manuel Antonio!

With regret I have to rate Hotel VOS one star. On June 25th 2025 I contacted Hotel VOS with information regarding hosting a welcome party for my wedding weekend in manuel antonio. The wedding was the last weekend of February 2026. Hotel VOS cancelled our welcome party on January 18th 2026, this is 40 days from our event. This is 207 days after we first contacted them. We put down a deposit with them on July 16th 2025. Read more below if you want further detail but we wanted to first highlight the disorganization and unprofessional last minute cancellation we were faced with. On July 12th 2025 Hotel VOS provided us with a bonfire proposal, we accepted the proposal and moved forward with a deposit. On January 16th we had a call with Zina, on this call it became very apparent that they were extremely unprepared and overpromised on their proposal. Zina had not yet made a menu with the chef, she had not yet confirmed the location of the bonfire, she had not yet booked a musician for the event, which they proposed. When we asked these questions and tried to get clarification on what our options were, and really, were just trying to work with them on planning our event, we were met with “you have too many custom requests, this will take too much time and cost too much,” hence the cancellation. Luckily we had another hotel in the area host us and throw the most wonderful welcome party, I am sure the hotel is great but I would not trust the with throwing your event!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room is amazing. The owner goes above and beyond. Walking distance from beach and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.
