Grand Park Manuel Antonio - Adults Only Reviews

My initial check in was a bit disappointing because the room I specifically booked through ******* was not the room I got. When I booked this hotel you had to prepay in full plus no refund once you arrived. Now I know why! The wifi was weak at the location we stayed at but if we were at the pool we were able to join the main wifi which was better. We had four nights booked here and the end it was the staff that made our stay enjoyable. If we needed towels, they got them, if the wifi was crappy they tried resetting it. Yesterday one of the staff pointed out a sloth in the tree so I could take some photos and today we were entertained at breakfast with many monkeys.

The individual bungalows are quaint and charming. The breakfast poolside was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The shower wasn't great and the TV service was out during our stay but who needs TV in gorgeous Costa Rica

My husband and I loved it here. There are only 11 units, so it will never be crowded. The property is clean and attractive. The pool is very relaxing with lots of chairs. The breakfast was delicious with adequate variety. (Be sure to ask for a waffle!) We were also entertained by monkeys at breafast! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only concern was that the floor in our room was very slippery. Best not to walk about in socks or slick-bottom shoes. Besides that, we have no complaints and would stay here again.

Bad parking not really clean not hot water two towels no pool towels no drinks by pool . Left money behind and they took it never called us back Insanitary eating they only washed dishes in cold water no soap etc .

Broken toilet, shower was least of problems with our suit. Noice from the street in our bedroom was so loud I couldn't get any sleep. I seriously thought about about going to my car to sleep because noice was so unbearable. The hotel staff was sympathetic but couldn't do anything about it. Our room was dark and dim unlike photos from the website.

Broken toilet and clogged outdoor shower that kept on flooding. One of our pillows smelled, and the room was overall very dark and dim. It was not like the photos at all. Our bedroom was also facing the main road, so it was very hard to fall asleep.

Overall great hotel. Staff was professional and very accommodating. Hotel is very clean and the premises were beautiful. Great views of the sloth and monkeys living nearby. Isaac and Jandir were superb at time of checking in and checking out as well with any activities i wanted to explore. I would definitively return when i stay in Manuel Antonio in the future. This hotel made my stay memorable.

The place is beautiful, but we did not have access to Wi-Fi, the connection was very bad, for those looking for animals in the same hotel you can see them or very close

Nice and safe, there are not many restaurants around but the breakfast buffet is very delicious

The place is very nice, a beautiful pool and the service is very good! In particular, “Aylin” treated us very well. Our stay included a very delicious breakfast, unlike other hotels where they serve simple dishes to have the “breakfast included” category.

Unfortunately, a Deluxe room was reserved and they gave us a room without furniture, just a bed. When we complained, they moved us to another much better room, but of a lower category than the one we paid for. The hotel looks nice, but unfortunately they did not clarify the room problem for us.

The facilities are beautiful, the light and the design. The trea**ent and service is excellent, we have never felt so comfortable in a place, we will definitely return and we recommend it, we had a wonderful time

Perfect location, it is close to everything, seriously a great advantage to easily find restaurants and activities in the area. The pool was also amazing. The breakfast is complete and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. In addition, it is four kilometers from the National Park! 🙊🦥🌴
