The hotel was very good, but Trip's service isn't. Since they're not from Mexico, they can't issue a valid VAT invoice for Mexico. This is the last time I'm using their service.

The environment is great, not far from the city center attractions, the rooms are quite large, and the whole building is more like a resort, making it suitable for tourism and leisure.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! The room was very clean and tidy, and housekeeping did a great job with fresh towels every day. The bathroom and overall room condition were excellent. The staff was also very nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the executive room didn’t have a mini fridge, but aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again!

I'd give it 5 stars except that it's not in Centro Historico as indicated. One man in the front was super nice and helpful as was one housekeeper. I requested a refrigerator and they were so nice and brought one right up.

Nice place with lots of options, very classic and professional. Its a nice property.

Clean room, clean shower, but flooring needs updating. It smells dusty and old. The breakfast buffet is good, but very overpriced. The location is not that close to centro historico. Don’t expect to walk there easily. The pool is warm, and the jacuzzis are nice, but very understaffed and people overstay the hot tubs and don’t allow people to enjoy them.
