Las habitaciones viejas, el baño es muy muy muy viejo, no había jabón de manos nunca, el despachador del Shampoo del baño no salió jamás, toallas percudidas y tiesas, cero gente de mantenimiento, las áreas comunes del hotel sin aseo y muy viejos, el restaurante muy recomendable, la comida rica y buena atención

They hard mattresses and pillows are incomfortable to rest on, they facilites, in general, require maintenance.

El hotel es lindo y áreas muy amplias, personal muy amable, pero le falta muuuucho mantenimiento, alfombras rotas, el baño olía a drenaje, y el desayuno apenas tibio.

La habitación estaba muy descuidada, la alfombra se veía sucia, tenía restos de basura, el edredón estaba roto y tenía manchas amarillas, toallas viejas, en el baño había basura en el bote antes de usarlo y lo peor fue encontrar cabellos en las sábanas y en las almohadas, decidimos irnos.

Para los costos que cobra el hotel le hace falta mantenimiento en instalaciones, la habitación que le tocó a mis papás olía fuertemente a caño, las cobijas que te ponen en están rotas la caja fuerte no funciona los refrigeradores viejos y medio enfrían.
