Cheap should not feel cheap. Aside from filty floors, dirty curtains, and shower head, the rooms are dark, the TV is not working properly, the aircon is noisy, and security guards don't seem to care at all (they won't open doors for you even though you carry a lot of things, they will just stare at you. No gym, no any form of entertainment, no pool, no open space.

This hotel is a breath of fresh air! The classic design aesthetic is executed perfectly – from the vintage light fixtures to the polished hardwood floors, everything feels carefully preserved and beautifully maintained. It’s clean, orderly, and has that wonderful nostalgic feel of staying in a well-loved family hotel. I was traveling for work and was worried about getting rest, but the bed is so comfy I slept like a baby every single night. The pillows were just right, and the bed frame was sturdy with no squeaks or sagging spots. The location is fantastic – easy to reach from major roads and within walking distance of some great local spots. There are no smart TVs or cable channels, and the internet is the older kind that works fine for emails but not much else. For me, that was actually a plus – it helped me focus during the day and unwind fully at night. Highly recommend for anyone who values comfort and character over modern gadgets!

Overall, our stay was decent. The room was spacious and provided plenty of space for our family, which we appreciated. However, the hotel itself is showing its age. The architecture and interior design feel quite outdated and could benefit from renovation to give the property a fresher, more modern look. One concern was the secondary bedroom, which lacked privacy. There was a noticeable gap between the door and the door jamb, making it easy for noise and light to pass through, which compromised privacy. The bathroom was clean and functional but relatively small. The biggest issue was the shower layout. Instead of having a proper shower enclosure, there was only a curtain separating the shower area from the toilet. As a result, water easily spreads across the entire bathroom floor after every shower, making it slippery and potentially unsafe, especially for children and older adults. Overall, the hotel has good potential because of its spacious rooms, but updating the interiors and improving the bathroom design would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Place is good. Main reason I always stay here every time I’m in Manila is its close proximity to the bus stations, and there are malls around (Gateway, SM, Ali Mall). There is also a convenience store in front of the hotel. Room has no windows, washroom is very tight, but I guess its ok for the price.

The staff are approachable and easy to talk with. They help you cater with your needs

The specifications i requested were all provided, one with two single beds for my daughter and i. The location was also advantageous as it was a mere 10 minutes walk to the venue of the event that we were going to attend. The breakfast was likewise value for money 👍 Thank you 🥰

Location close to food outlets and bus companies Friendly staff polite. Breakfast was included fhilipino selection only however very nice. Only drawback bathroom a bit cramped especially the toilet, other than that everything was suitable

The place was clean and comfortable, with a good price and convenient location. Though the building is a bit old, it’s still well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and kind.
