This is not a hotel but airbnb/condo. Unit was great. Looks new. With kitchen sink and utensils. Wifi was stron, condo amenities are available but with fee. We paid 500 pesos for parking which is a deal breaker. Will not book this again because of the optional fees. Location is far from gateway 900meters. Maybe good for quiet stays

I love the place itself pero yung mga naka include doon sa mga amenities is’t true. There’s no bidet and water dispenser which is on the description, I know it is cheap but being transparent is better so we can come prepare. Mabaho rin ang kumot, which is I’ve been with small hotels and hindi naman ganon ang experience namin. Sana lang ay itong ma improve. Thank you.

Stayed for 3 nights. There were several maintenance issues: the sink faucet and shower gauge were loose, and the toilet tank gauge was dripping. These were tolerable. My main concern was the bedsheets- they didn't smell fresh, which was disappointing since I slept on them for 3 nights. I also suspect the unpleasant smell came from the aircon, which was quite noisy and seemed overdue for cleaning. Overall, the minor maintenance issues are manageable, but clean, fresh-smelling bedsheets and a properly maintained aircon should be a basic standard.
