Timing when I checked out the left is under repair,I have many languages to bring down from 7th floor.no one help us to carry our things if I am pregnant how? Poor service I don't know if I will stay there again.

Room is dirty with bad odour. Bathroom sewage is bad, strong smell of urine, no hot water, no toilet bowl seat cover. Will not stay again.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find. At night, the area felt a bit unsafe, so it's probably best not to venture out unnecessarily. On the plus side, I enjoyed some Filipino food right next to the hotel during the day.

The punda and sheets was kinda mabaho, like parang gamit na and they just made ayos lang to appear as bagong palit. The drain is kinda barado rin and wrigglers can be seen crawling there. Walang lock sa cr door and ang chaka ng sleepers na andun. Di man lang same color and chipped off pa na parang nginatngat ang itsura. The price is low compared to others but they could have at least maintained a good ambience and comfort sa guest(s). The CS is not giving as well. Balak pa nila utusan yung customer na bumaba pa to pick up the water na bibilhin. With that 50 pesos amount for a 1L nature spring, matic hinahatid na yan sa room. Room service nga diba? Sunga langs? Like, goodness gracious, uutasan ang guest talaga to do the pick up sa lobby given na nasa taas siya? Geez.
