I had a decent stay at Winter Hotel Benitez Cubao. The location is convenient, especially if you’re attending an event at Araneta City or need easy access to restaurants and public transportation. The staff were polite and accommodating during check-in and throughout my stay. The room was simple and affordable, which is good for a short overnight stay. While there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, the hotel offers good value for budget travelers. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the Cubao area.

Accessible place, if you are someone seeking for budget friendly, this would suit you, but if you are maarte, then wag na po dito, mag book ka nlang sa average, but my stay was good enough for the price Photo uploaded is not related

Accomodating at malinis. Over all maganda ang service nila sulit na sulit talaga

Timing when I checked out the left is under repair,I have many languages to bring down from 7th floor.no one help us to carry our things if I am pregnant how? Poor service I don't know if I will stay there again.

Room is dirty with bad odour. Bathroom sewage is bad, strong smell of urine, no hot water, no toilet bowl seat cover. Will not stay again.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find. At night, the area felt a bit unsafe, so it's probably best not to venture out unnecessarily. On the plus side, I enjoyed some Filipino food right next to the hotel during the day.

The punda and sheets was kinda mabaho, like parang gamit na and they just made ayos lang to appear as bagong palit. The drain is kinda barado rin and wrigglers can be seen crawling there. Walang lock sa cr door and ang chaka ng sleepers na andun. Di man lang same color and chipped off pa na parang nginatngat ang itsura. The price is low compared to others but they could have at least maintained a good ambience and comfort sa guest(s). The CS is not giving as well. Balak pa nila utusan yung customer na bumaba pa to pick up the water na bibilhin. With that 50 pesos amount for a 1L nature spring, matic hinahatid na yan sa room. Room service nga diba? Sunga langs? Like, goodness gracious, uutasan ang guest talaga to do the pick up sa lobby given na nasa taas siya? Geez.

The Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had I have to be honest — this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The property is in extremely poor condition and clearly not maintained at all. Here’s a list of the issues we encountered during our stay: * Leak from the ceiling dripping onto the electric sockets (serious safety hazard) * No hot water * Mirror covered in white mold * Bed headboard with black mold * Sticky, unwashed glasses * Swimming pool water was brown and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages * No air conditioning in the gym * TV was broken and couldn’t be watched * Bedrooms smelled bad, like old cigarette smoke * Floor constantly wet * No windows in the entire hotel, causing heavy condensation on the walls * A strange mist and burning smell in the hallways (see photos) * Bed bugs * Cockroaches crawling over me at night * Bed felt sticky * Door handle was hanging off * Doors don’t even fit the door frames properly, couldn't close doors * Bedsheets were damp * Dining table broken and unstable * Internet was terrible and kept cutting off * Refund was refused even though the hotel clearly breaks health and safety standards * They put pool water in the eater dispensers!! (Tasted like chlorine) **Pros:** The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very kind. They did move us to a different room after we complained, which was slightly better — but still far from acceptable. It makes me wonder if any maintenance would have been done at all if we hadn’t spoken up. Other pro is that location is great, right near bus station and big shopping mall. **Overall:** This hotel should not be operating in its current state. Between the mold, insects, water leaks, and electrical hazards, it’s not just uncomfortable — it’s unsafe. I would strongly advise avoiding this place until major repairs and cleaning are done. Not sure how this hotel got a 7.2 review on other websites, seems like they are fake reviews. I don't usually give a bad review but I just had to say something because the hotel isn't safe for people to stay at.

1. Toilet bowl has no toilet bowl seat. 2. Toilet is run down and no maintenance at all for room toilet as there may be no maintenance workers at all for toilet or washing.  3. Room lighting, only one working. 4. We booked for a twin bed, and room with windows but all twin beds don’t have window. 5. Requested to change room, he room lighting was better. This room which only 2% have toilet bowl seat. 6. Later found out the aircon was very noisy when turn on.  7. Later also found out that the toilet door can’t be closed at all.  8. Toilet was dirty.  9. And one thing, one’ll one lift is available and it break down and have to get maintenance guy to rescue customers in the lift.  10. I will never recommend anyone to stay there happily.  11. I will never book that hotel again.

The room is clean but look old. The hotel is near to the mall. The hotel is also near to the eateries.
