The room is sort clean tho there’s no towel and when I request for the towel it took an hour before they deliver it to the unit. They advised us that they are otw to deliver it to the unit but took an hour kinda disappointing but I understand.

the building, itself, is good. and is in a very good location. it has 3 working elevators. the staff at the reception desk was nice but this was only for entering the building. to check in the property, you need to go to the 10th floor to get the key. there is a pool (as advertised) but it was small. the room/property itself was just not well maintained. i booked it because it had a kitchen (for my parents with dietary restrictions) but it was far from functional. the stove doesn't work properly anymore and there were barely enough kitchen/cooking utensils. the inside of the refrigerator was dirty so my mother did the cleaning herself. thankfully, we were able to use the electric water heater so we could make coffee the following morning. i should have checked the check out time as well. take note that this one is only until 10:30 am (but the guy who checked me in told me it was 10:00) which made me confused. good thing i only booked for a single night and had booked another property that was way better for almost the same price (only a bit higher)

You walk in and immediately see cockroaches, and it's not clean either. I can't recommend it.

Horrible, unprofessional staff managing this condo reservation. Firstly, my friend arrived and the guy informed him he will just cancel the reservation because they overbooked and they cannot give us the Queen + 1 Sofa Bed Room that we booked. We made sure to book early and had a long time preparing for the trip because it was on a special day: New Year's eve. One guest cancelled and he told us he will temporarily put us in a different room type (downgraded/NO WIFI). On the second day, the staff did not bother to inform us if the new room is already available. We had to go down to their staff quarters so we can follow up with their promise that they will move us to the correct room type. Their rooms were DIRTY, small cockroaches especially in the kitchen area. Dirty toilet. The staff are mostly made up of men who look like they are not particular with hygiene. The rice cooker was there but the bowl for the rice inside wasn't there. The kitchen container was broken. The pull-out bed was broken, the AC (air conditioner) very dirty and moldy. Once again we had to go down to their staff quarters to ask assistance. Even if we message them, the staff are too lazy to assist guests. On top of all the inconveniences and dirty rooms, the short guy on the 10th floor staff room had the nerve to DEMAND 400 pesos late checkout fee from us because he said we didn't check out sooner. We were actually all ready to check out but we were waiting for them to get the keys from us in the unit. Most condo hotels that we stayed in follows up with us and knock on the door to update us. THEIR STAFF SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS. The cleaner arrived past 12noon and that's when we informed him he can take the keys and give us our IDs. We told him we don't want to go down to their staff quarters anymore (it was such a hassle). The short guy in the 10th floor room that time did not want to give us our IDs. So I said "fine we're leaving". I refused to pay given that they did not even give us a proper room on Day 1. We hung out in the lobby area waiting for our Grab car when the short male staff went down to the lobby too and then said "oh you are the ones who had the wrong room yesterday? It's okay here's your ID". DID NOT EVEN GENUINELY APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Their staff are dirty, unprofessional and rude. The owner should know that. Better hire female cleaners and staff. Maybe then you can get improvements.

The unit wasn’t cleaned prior our arrival. The unit where you will get the keys were crowded and topless man which shows unprofessionalism, the benjie who were incharge of the keys was not responsive and kinda rude. THERE WERE SACHET OF MAYONNAISE, USED CIGARETTES, TRASH THAT WERE KEPT INSIDE THE CABINET. and an early check out? Usual time of check out for other hotel even the cheapest hotel is 12nn. Anyways, I don’t recommend to check-in to this Condo. Thanks!

nice view clean rooms too much charge for wifi and other stuff

The place is good for its price, but the amenities are lacking. They should invest more in cleanliness to maintain it. Thank you

The hotel does not looked into your preferences you post on the request portion when you booked. I booked for a family room because the picture featured obviously a corner room with 2 sides having windows. When i asked about if my request is catered on the corner room, they said room assignment is assigned randomly. The room i was assigned (20i) has a leaking bathroom sink and the shower heater is not functioning. I have second thoughts in coming back if random room assignment is done without considering your request. It is a miss or hit situation.
