The hotel's location was convenient, close to my client and a shopping mall nearby. The facilities are modern and the room decor is quite new. They have a pool, which is a nice bonus. Breakfast was a bit odd though; for the first two days, it was semi-buffet where you had to order a main dish, but then for the last two days, it was a full buffet breakfast.

The hotel facilities feel similar to a budget hotel in China. The service was good, though you have to go outside downstairs to smoke (by the road near the main entrance). At 300 RMB, it didn't feel particularly cheap, but it was acceptable! I didn't take any photos, but safety was not an issue; there were armed security guards at the hotel entrance. Opposite the hotel is the famous Panda Restaurant, and there's also a Burger King, though I didn't go there. There's also a Burger King. It's best to take a taxi when you go out; the prices are similar to China.

Stayed at Harolds Hotel in Quezon City — the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with a nearby mall and a 7‑11 just a 2‑minute walk away. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit cold at times; I’d recommend serving it hotter for an even better experience. The swimming pool was relaxing, and we enjoyed ordering food at the bar. The bar staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Harold Hotel for me is the best hotel I've tried in Quezon City, the place is clean and elegant, staff are friendly and very understanding. I really want to recommend this place, the swimming pool is very nice and all I can say is I experienced the hospitality in this place.
