I will never return to this hotel. I paid for a more expensive room category to get a room with one Queen bed, but I actually received a room with two twin beds pushed together – a lower-priced room type. This means I paid extra money but didn't receive the service value I paid for. The seam where the beds are joined has a very thick border, making it uncomfortable and causing back pain. Two twin beds pushed together can never be as smooth and comfortable as a King bed. The connection between the two mattresses was bothersome and affected my sleep. My partner and I either had to squeeze onto one side or lie directly on the hard seam between the two mattresses, which was uncomfortable and caused a lot of back pain. The pool is located right on the ground floor next to the reception area, so there are many people passing by, making it quite noisy and hot. There's no sense of privacy or relaxation. I will not come back. If you book a room with one bed, check it very carefully right at check-in.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pool was spotless. Plus, there's so much to do at the beach right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel! 😀

Excellent hotel, clean, and a wonderful view. Delicious breakfasts with a great selection of European food. The staff was polite; they even told me at the front desk where to buy tickets. There's a store and small restaurants nearby. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

The beach right in front of the hotel didn’t have any sun beds, so had to walk 5mins to go to a beach bar and pay 80K for sunbed with towel and water bottle included. The pool area is nice but only a few sun beds so if you come during a crowded time, it wouldn’t be enjoyable. Breakfast has a lot of variety, taste wise is decent. Rooms are clean and spacious. The balcony has a nice view.

The hotel has a very convenient location, just across the street from the beach. A big plus is the friendly and enthusiastic staff who always greet guests when they come and go, making us feel very welcome. However, the facilities could use some improvement. The towels are old and should be replaced to match a 4-star hotel. The area around the mirror near the door lacks lighting, making it extremely dark and impossible to use for makeup because you can't see clearly. Additionally, the power outlet in the bathroom doesn't work, so even though the bathroom mirror is well-lit, you can't plug in a curling iron, while the mirror outside is too dark – extremely inconvenient.

Excellent from start to finish. A proper hotel with very attentive staff. The cake in my room for my birthday was a great touch. Good gym, pool and the spa were superb. The restaurant was also very good. Very clean quiet area with a great beach seconds away. Will look forward to staying again one day.

Excellent hotel, room perfect but no furniture on balcony. Staff were all happy and helpful especially the Pool staff and receptionist Le Tham GRO who answered all my queries and organised transfers etc. Would happily stay here again and recommend to other travellers

Beautiful hotel with clean, spacious rooms. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. I've stayed here twice now and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Was immediately greeted and served a welcome drink. The hotel is located right across the beach. The front desk was super helpful and suggested great local restaurants to try. Soap was not filled and iron was no where to be found. Saw some guests wash their hand in the pool, which ruined it for me. Otherwise great location great staff decent hotel.

The location is truly number one – right on the beachfront! Coming down, there are restaurants and juice bars easily accessible on both sides. The only minor issue is the water pressure, which is a bit weak. It's not unbearable, but it could be better. Other than that, it's excellent. The room is also well-maintained.

My second time to stay at the hotel. Things are still the same. Beach-front, good buffet and friendly service. I checked out early around 5am and the hotel was so nice to prepare a breakfast box, which included sandwich, bread with butter, fruits and water. Just a minor comment, the hotel lobby was quite dark at night. Would be nice if the hotel set up more lights.

The hotel location is at the center, and opposite to the beach. Very convenient to go every where. The receptionist staff are helpful and friendly, especially, Ms Tham. Her customer service is very professional. The room new, clean and the bed is comfortable.

this is an old hotel in a old building. i stayed here for a week. the hotel is in a good location right across the beach which was very handy and beautiful. the worst thing is that the breakfast buffet menu everyday was the same and very bland. nothing to choose from. also this is the only hotel that charges for water bottles. i have never stayed at a hotel that charged for water. so that was pretty weird. overall the room was good, but i hope the services, especially the breakfast buffet would be better adapted to all customers.
