Didn't stay at hotel but went to the restaurant on Friday PM. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to table and take our order for 2 drinks. Waited another 20 minutes and no service. Other tables in room were having the same experience. Avoid the restaurant if you can or be prepared to spend a long time to be served.

What a nice gem this place is. It's not in a very touristy, which is great. Hector from the restaurant is an absolute treasure. The staff is friendly and attentive. The town is cute and fun to walk. Highly recommend.

Excellent room, with a very good view of the sea; In reality the Hotel is on the seashore. The room is very comfortable, as is its bathroom. The meals, dinner, breakfast and lunch, are very good, especially with a good Quality/Price ratio. I would like to note the deference they showed at the Hotel, preparing the room with many elements alluding to the celebration of our marriage anniversary. The place, in general, is very attractive and quiet. The road is easy to get to the Hotel. I recommend it to occupy it as a couple.

We went on a family getaway. A place with very good service, the staff seems very concerned about the passengers. Available for any query. The hotel is comfortable to go with children. It has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. All rooms have a view! The dining room with panoramic views of the ocean. Really the best thing is its views. Everyone's attention was very friendly, especially Jorge at the reception and a lady who was very patient with children's questions. Jorge shared with me an excellent route to go jogging. The truth is that Quintero should be given a chance, all the people do their best for the few tourists! Regarding the hotel, it would be much better if it had a heated pool or a jacuzzi for the winter and thus enjoy those wonderful views. Thank you all very much. The delicious food, friendly waiters and the bartender made my Margarita tequila exquisite.

As a Christmas gift, I gave my mother a stay with half board plus dinner for her and a friend, unfortunately it was not the best decision. She tells me that they went without eating because the food was disgusting, and the person who served them had terrible service, worried about finishing their shift as soon as possible, zero cordiality, and to top off the stay, today, At breakfast there were no cups, having to search among other tables themselves and clean them. Excellent service, the hotel is super nice and cozy. It doesn't make you want to leave the hotel, it's so nice, it has a super nice viewpoint style place. We actually went to celebrate the new year 2023, but I had forgotten to leave a review. All meals were included, the party was great. I wanted to eat something sweet and the kitchen had already closed, however, they gave me a tea and a dessert, which speaks highly of the customer service. We were very grateful.
