The facilities are very comfortable. It includes bath salts for the tub, unfortunately the tub is a bit old-fashioned and does not seal completely so the water leaks and is a bit uncomfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. It has several restaurants inside. The buffet breakfast includes traditional dishes and chili, which is a plus. It does not include parking, but it has an agreement of $5.00 for 24 hours in private parking. The staff is very friendly and smiling.

Excellent stay in Quito at JW Marriott. Check in was very efficient and our room for three was large and nicely appointed. The spa and fitness area was one of the best I’ve used in any hotel. Breakfast buffet excellent. All in all a very nice and relaxing stay.

Make this hotel in Quito part oif your itinerary!! The facility in total is exceptionally nice and inviting and open, and well laid out, the list goes on and on! The service by the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was the prefect place to start and end a trip to the Galapagos.

I stayed for a few days on business and this was a grand stay. If you’re looking for a place that has a cast amount of dinner option and where you can get your shopping done. This is it. It is classy and staff is ready to jump in and help you. It’s the perfect place for high end business travelers. I had a great stay. Thank you
