酒店位置優越，在馬龍中心，對面就是水景公園，環境舒服，散步休閑好地方。      酒店還提供早餐晚餐還有宵夜，非常方便，對旅居避暑非常友好。 工作人員有求必應，住得特別舒心，尤其前台小胡，非常熱心，幫忙解決很多問題。

曲靖市馬龍區感覺城市建設和市政管理都很不錯。酒店位於馬龍歷史文化廣場附近，樓下樹蔭底下停車。酒店房間不是很多，但裝修精緻，設計合理。早餐是套餐，有夜宵供應。
