Nuanqiju Homestay

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The owner is incredibly warm and attentive. My two elderly parents traveled independently, and the owner was especially helpful in explaining tour routes. We are so grateful.

Qujing Nuanqi Homestay (Contracted Store) | Absolutely awful! Awful! Awful! My stay here was a complete nightmare! The cleaning staff私自 took unopened personal items belonging to guests, the room trash wasn't emptied, and the slippers weren't changed. The basic service was unbelievably bad! When I politely inquired about the situation via WeChat, the owner was aggressive and rude the entire time, even trying to blame me, saying I was making trouble for no reason. While I was out, they even blocked my door and forced me to return to negotiate, constantly threatening, provoking, and being unreasonable! This is a rogue establishment operating within a large hotel, with absolutely no service standards, no regard for privacy or safety, and no basic decency! I paid to stay here, not to be mistreated, falsely accused, and harassed at my door! I advise everyone to stay far away from this place; whoever stays here will regret it and be filled with anger! I will never recommend this place and will avoid it forever!

設施：很齊全 算是應有盡有了 衞生間的洗漱用品都是一次性 不是那種循環消毒使用的毛巾 安全感更足一些 衞生：進房間就發現衞生真的是特別好 乾乾淨淨的 雖然房間小一些但也給人一種清清爽爽的感覺 環境：房間有超大落地窗 可以一覽曲靖的風景 服務：房東阿姨很客氣 很耐心跟我們講電梯卡房卡怎麼用坐電梯的方法各種 很周到

高空景觀房也太絕了！超大落地窗直麪城市天際線，日落時分霞光鋪滿房間，隨手一拍都是氛圍感大片。房間裝修簡約高級，細節設計感拉滿，既能觀景又好出片！小姐姐服務超級好~而且環境超級好！

The room is very nice. A little cold in the winter, but there's an electric blanket. Still, I recommend it because the manager is very kind.

酒店有落地窗，可以看到外面的景色，有獨立包裝的洗臉巾和浴巾，酒店的衞生特別乾淨，而且酒店老闆的服務態度特別好，還給我們免費延遲退房，性價比很高。

服務態度很好，房間的視野也很不錯，樓下有商場，距離南城門也很近。

房間很乾凈 ，環境也很安靜。老闆特別熱情 知道是來考試的 ，特地幫我延遲到兩點退房，特地謝謝老闆！！！ 如果朋友有需要的話特別推薦他家哦～
