The room hygiene and facilities are good, and the small bonsai at the door of each room has its own characteristics. When we checked in at the hotel at 2 pm, the front desk informed that the room had not been cleaned. Because we urgently needed to rest, we had to go out later. The front desk helped us upgrade the room and gave us the complimentary fruit plate and eye mask along with the room card. This time we have to carry luggage and have to bring the fruit plate. A bit embarrassing. The hotel we stayed in before was to put the complimentary fruit plate and blindfold in the room, or sent to the room by the waiter after check-in. The first time we encountered this, it is recommended to improve.
