I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately, the same issues persist. The reception and front desk experience is consistently disappointing: 1. Understaffed front desk leads to perpetually long queues, making check-in and assistance frustratingly slow. 2. Despite being a Hilton Honors member, the promised special treatment and dedicated service desk are non-existent here. Instead, you're left waiting in line for over 15 minutes just to ask a simple question. 3. Communication with the reception from the room is a nightmare. It took over five calls to get through, as the staff seem overwhelmed with guests and there's no dedicated person to handle phone inquiries. 4. Upon arrival at 10:30 PM, my luggage wasn't brought up until 12:30 AM despite numerous calls to reception. When I finally went downstairs myself, I found the staff preoccupied with addressing another guest's complaints about the poor service. After waiting for over 15 minutes, as usual, for the receptionist who initially checked me in and who was busy attending to a new guest, I finally inquired about my missing bags. The receptionist seemed shocked and admitted, "You haven't received them yet?" When I explained that I had called multiple times from my room with no answer, he apologized, attributing the oversight to the staff being overwhelmed and potentially missing the request to send up the bags. This lack of communication and accountability only added to the frustration of the already subpar service experience. Overall, the recurring issues with reception and front desk services severely detract from the hotel experience.
