Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait. Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

Best thing is the,place. At the corner of the avenues.. only few steps.

The air conditioner was so cold that I could not sleep peacefully..It was 15 degrees .. but i like the room it was clean and the hotel service so i will give it 5 .. I enjoyed my time even if it was only two nights .. I hope you do not lower the room temperature because it was like winter weather

Our stay in this hotel exceeded our expectation, excellent customer service, the breakfast was really good, especially the waffle station area, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and Krishna from the concierge who helped us with our luggage was really kind and he was always there ready to assist us everytime we asked for his help. I will definitely come back and stay in your hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and its service is wonderful. The stay is enjoyable and the breakfast is delicious. Especially the employee "Ravi "caught my attention in his interest in us and in all the guests during breakfast at the hotel. I thank him for his respect and mastery of his work.

LOVED MY STAY!!!!! Thank you sooo much to Neil, Abu Ahmed, Raquel, Bahjat, Dil, Aida, Marjan, Krishna, Bijay, Chef Ali and Ravi! You made my friends and I stay soo enjoyable and great and thank you sooo much for the care as well. Room is great and spacious and having our request met for a connecting room was just great! Breakfast area is amazing and welcoming and again Thank you Ravi and Chef Ali for always smiling and welcoming us and having a great conversation wherever were their! Definitely will come back!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately, the same issues persist. The reception and front desk experience is consistently disappointing: 1. Understaffed front desk leads to perpetually long queues, making check-in and assistance frustratingly slow. 2. Despite being a Hilton Honors member, the promised special treatment and dedicated service desk are non-existent here. Instead, you're left waiting in line for over 15 minutes just to ask a simple question. 3. Communication with the reception from the room is a nightmare. It took over five calls to get through, as the staff seem overwhelmed with guests and there's no dedicated person to handle phone inquiries. 4. Upon arrival at 10:30 PM, my luggage wasn't brought up until 12:30 AM despite numerous calls to reception. When I finally went downstairs myself, I found the staff preoccupied with addressing another guest's complaints about the poor service. After waiting for over 15 minutes, as usual, for the receptionist who initially checked me in and who was busy attending to a new guest, I finally inquired about my missing bags. The receptionist seemed shocked and admitted, "You haven't received them yet?" When I explained that I had called multiple times from my room with no answer, he apologized, attributing the oversight to the staff being overwhelmed and potentially missing the request to send up the bags. This lack of communication and accountability only added to the frustration of the already subpar service experience. Overall, the recurring issues with reception and front desk services severely detract from the hotel experience.
