We had a disappointing experience during our visit to Nature Trail on May 9, 2025. One of the resort's agents misled us by claiming that Friday was heavily booked and charges would be high, which led us to pay ₹11,700 for four people. He also insisted we arrive early since activities would start by 12 PM. We reached around 10:30 AM after leaving at 6 AM, only to find out from the receptionist that we could have arrived later by bus. Our room had issues with the AC and lights, which took nearly two hours to fix despite multiple complaints. The indoor games area was poorly maintained, with dirty boards and non-functional fans. Throughout the day, the start time for activities kept getting delayed—from 12 PM to 2 PM, and then to 4 PM—wasting most of our time. When the activities finally began at 4:30 PM, we discovered we were the only group participating, contrary to the agent’s claims of high demand. After finishing by 7 PM, we asked to use the pool, but were told it was closed for cleaning, and all lights were switched off. The next day, we managed to go for a morning walk and enjoy the pool—something that could have been done on the first day had the schedule been clear. While the trainers were helpful and professional, the overall service quality was poor. Miscommunication, delays, and unfulfilled promises made this a frustrating and disappointing experience at Nature Trail. Also we had pay extra 500 /- for next day lunch they asked for 900 but after long discussion receipted agreed for 500
