Excellent stay, good amenities for peaceful break , good food at reasonable price , very nice and comfortable, rooms are clean, front office staff Mr Amarjeet was so polite and helpful and restaurant food was also very nice and testy overall it was a good experience

Location of this hotel too good. Hotel facilities too good and service of this hotel was up to the mark.i wish that if I will come next time gujrat I will go this hotel. Shaf cook was to polite.He provided each and everything. Hotel facilities never said no always ready to do any type of work.Thankyou for everything.

The facilities provided by the Hotel was excellent. The food quality & the reception faculty was awesome. Interested to visit again in this hotel.totally hygiene and the lift system was beyond mostly recommended front office staff was so polite and helpful

Is was pleasant experience. Ali, Barsha and Meghan were very polite and helpful. Breakfat was very good with lot of varieties og vegetarian and non vegeterian food. Hotel is located near all factories in Morbi, so it is dust everyvhere, but that you can not feel inside of hotel.

Best hotel in morbi,we visited for some business trip,some one company person booked our room,really superise more big size rooms and more items in the morning breakfast,great location,next time will come in morbi again stay this hotel,specially very helpful and good behaviour mr Ali and front desk team, Thanks lords hotel and team fort your excellent hospitality.

Superb hospitality and nice atmosphere nice food superb room and nice staff also co operative and nice facility and also near to all factories. Will Stay again and again to experience nice facilities good staff

AWFUL SERVICE. I ordered food at 8:15pm, food didn’t arrive until 9:30pm and it was a pasta salad! After calling numerous times to the receptionist food took over an hour to come. As I have food intolerances and allergies I had specifically told them to not add certain things and the order came incorrect after an hour. I asked for it to be sent back and it to be redone and by 10pm I still did not have my food. Ali the supposed ***ager, was awful and argumentative. He constantly kept messaging me on WhatsApp and calling me when I clearly told him that I do not wish to be disturbed and he even said “I will come to your room” - not what you expect to hear as a solo travelling wo***! Towels are dirty and worn out, hand towels not give half the time. Staff calling Rikshaws for me were bumping up the prices with the drivers as I was foreign. Truly a disaster and definitely not a 4 star hotel!

Rooms are big and very clean.. food is delicious and hygiene. Staffs are very helpfull and professional, specially front desk staff..... there was non veg restaurant also. recommended to other who planning to come morbi...👍
