Sheraton Raleigh Hotel

Very clean hotel! No breakfast buffet though. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful, even when there was a language barrier, they took their time to explain things. The location is pretty good too, with plenty of dining options nearby.

Most hotels in Raleigh cater to the convention center, and this one is perfectly located right next to it. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Housekeeping isn't done daily; my room was only cleaned once during my four-night stay. The shower water temperature was unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. Bottled water replenishment was inconsistent – my friend's room got it, but mine didn't. The facilities are extremely old. At one point, the elevator stopped responding after we pressed the button, and everyone inside was so scared they got off. If you have the budget, I'd suggest staying elsewhere.

The room service was not thorough, the hotel front desk was arrogant and unskilled. After leaving the country, there was a second deduction for no apparent reason. I called the customer service, but the customer service attitude was not good.
