Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena

In general, it’s a bad experience of staying this hotel. Won’t come back anymore unless there are improvements. Pros: room is spacious and good location for a stopover. Cons: I stayed in room #105. 1. Poor lighting at the living room area and the front door area. Only the lighting in bathroom is bright. 2. Very noisy that I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Non stop noises from the upstairs and neighbors. Especially the sound of toilet flushing. Was like several minutes a loud flushing of toilet at around 3:20am onwards. The sound of toilet flushing of my room is also very loud. 3. The receptionist at the evening forgot to add comments of late checkout of my booking. The next day when I back to hotel for packing but the door card was expired. But the receptionist in the day time helped me to figure out.

Elevator was broken my entire stay. The room was great, very spacious. Pool was supposed to be open but it was green. Breakfast was nothing special. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the Lenovo Center, and its staff, who were great.

The prices were hiked up for a hockey game and lowered drastically when one team was out of the playoffs. It’s a nice hotel, but I docked them 2 stars for this reason. I completely understand off-season differences, but this drastic based on team’s success seems a bit shady

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, however they made it right by our breakfast being paid for. We were late to our concert due to the delay. Breakfast should be part of the .

I stayed at this hotel while sitting for the bar exam. This was a great location for various reasons but price, cleanliness, and distance from the test site were major.

Large clean quiet room. Bedding to sleep all day. Friendly staff. Hearty breakfast for a small fee. Convenient location to attractions. Surrounded by nature.

Great stay and wonderful staff, but the breakfast was disappointing. Unless you are in a hurry and quality isn't a priority, I’d suggest skipping it. Everything else was spot on.

The room was not ready after 4pm and we missed our dinner before our venue.

The room was dirty upon arrival and the mini fridge was very noisy. There were no extra/foam pillows available, and the extra pillow (in the front closet) smelled like smoke. Room service did not clean the room (or replace the towels) ever, not even one time, during my entire stay. The manager (named 'Karen') was not on-site and I was told to wait until Monday to contact her. The only advantage to this hotel is the nearby access to the restaurant and the stadium, besides that; I would not recommend.
