Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley

Service - Not impressed, front desk staff was not friendly. Did not give good run down to amenities and breakfast- which lead to “free breakfast” getting billed $20 pp then front desk staff saying I should have had vouchers (which weren’t given at check in) this got resolved but wasn’t handled well. Pool is not great, the cement is broken in so many places - we thought the “kiddy area” mushroom wasn’t working- after asking, the front desk argued that the only way it works is if they turn it on and we should have just asked .. that isn’t listed anywhere. Once asking they said we were just told to turn it off by someone else, so what do you need? UMM.. to turn it on, obviously!  Only 1 elevator worked, that was a big inconvenience with wait times. Not worth the money. Over $500 for 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay again. Pictures are not accurate!!

Everything was super clean and the refrigerators in the room were college size. The breakfast was very good along with the staff. I don’t care for shower curtains but these were spotless.

Excellent property to stay at the staff was very helpful at the front desk. The restaurant has excellent food and a very nice and polite to everyone.

This hotel is very beautiful and all the workers are so nice. From the front desk staff to the restaurant workers, they were all genuine and polite. I loved the decor in the lobby and the rooms. Very bright and festive, without being exaggerated. Breakfast is made to order, it was reasonably priced and delicious. The tall lady at Breakfast was so nice & efficient, I wish I remembered her name. She has a great attitude. Thank you to all for making my stay memorable.

The room and the hotel lobby were very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't use the bar as we are not drinkers. Self parking was convenient and free and plenty of spaces. The only problem we came across was there was a water testing taking place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and we had no water during that time as it was shut off. I called the front desk and complained about this and they apologized and offered us a complimentary dinner with appetizer from their restaurant on the first floor which was fantastic and we were satisfied with this. This is a nice hotel and fairly new construction so it's very clean.

The room and lobby and hotel facilities were very clean since it looks like a newer complex. I just had to clean and then spray lysol on the filters for the A/C ventilation system. The only complaint I had was the drain in the bathroom to wash your hands seemed a little backed up as the water was going down very slowly. Engineering has to cleanout that drain which is very simple to do. There is a nut at the bottom of the drain that can be opened to clean out. The staff at the front desk and in the facility were friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't use the bar as we are not drinkers. There was plenty of self parking areas which was very convenient. The breakfast looked good but we didn't stay around for it as we had to drive to the next town and hotel to check in.
